    Ingredients
    2 lb Korean radish, moo
    2 tbsp Korean kimchi sea salt amzn.to/2mNyYLC
    10 cups cold water
    5x5-inch (approximately your palm size) dasima, dried seaweed amzn.to/2kKKTg8
    8 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 oz ginger, thinly sliced
    2 to 3 Chicago style sport peppers (no sugar added) amzn.to/2LpHFvl
    1/2 medium size onion, sliced
    2 to 3 green onions, cut into 2-inch long pieces
    1/2 Korean pear or apple, seeded and sliced
    1/2 cup of maesilaek, Korean plum extract or 1/4 of no flavored kombucha
    3 tbsp Korean kimchi sea salt

    Yes!! This is one of the similarities i love between Arabic food and Korean food - we eat so many pickled/fermented foods with just about every meal! These look so good! We make pickled turnips and this kind of reminded me of those actually! Looks amazing!

    Seonkyeong, thank you so much for the vegan version. That plum extract is not available at my local korean grocery store. Now i can drink dongchimi water & yeolmu kimchi water again. Thanks again

    Hi! It would be awesome if you could do a video of the “must have” everyday Asian items to have in the kitchen! I keep forgetting to buy the plum extract 🤦🏼‍♀️ It would be great to have a list of all the items to be able to purchase all at once. You guys rock!     This looks great! I do like to make the quick pickled daikon and carrot but I might step it up a notch with these. I just made your VERY yummy version of vegan jjajangmyeon yesterday.     Thank you Seongkyoung for a side dish. This is differemt than the cubed rasish kimchi that is delivered with Korean pizza, right? I 💕💕💕💕 that kind of radish kimchi. Sometimes the radish is with some carrots jullianned. But, they taste the same. Could you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 do a tutorial? How to make it, the way to store it and how long it's good for. Thank you! 😘 Also, spicy garlic stems kimchi.

    The recipe looks easy and delicious!!! will definitely try it....BUT the Asian store where I live do not have Korean sea salt. Can you please tell a substitute as ordering will cost a lot due to global shipping charges. Will Kosher sea salt or Himalayan salt work?

    This is such a great recipe, so delicious. You’re an amazing cook!
    Please, please, please be mindful of your intro music. This song mentions a fake ID being stolen, which promoted underage drinking, and then the singer cusses.
    Your channel should be an excellent source of culture and education for all, including children. I know I can skip through the song when watching as a family but it takes away from your artistry, the feel of your work.
    Please consider this as it wouldn’t hurt your views to make it more family-friendly but it sure can lessen your potential audience numbers. 😃🙏🏼❤️
