Before my face looked dry and dull constantly, even upon waking. But after I did some research and made some adjustments, my face started glowing within a short span of weeks. Here is what I did: I ate a balanced diet including foods like dal, roti, green veggies, and rice. This helped heal my body from the inside. Regularly use sarso oil on darker area before you take bath. Keep it for 5 to 10 min before you scrub and rinse it with a gentle body soap. Don't roughly scrub your skin. Just a soft loofah will do the work. If you can't do this everyday then do it alternatively. If you don't have sarso oil then any other oil will do the trick.

Regularly use sarso oil on darker area before you take bath. Keep it for 5 to 10 min before you scrub and rinse it with a gentle body soap. Don't roughly scrub your skin. Just a soft loofah will do the work. If you can't do this everyday then do it alternatively. If you don't have sarso oil then any other oil will do the trick.
