I have been suffering from photo sensitivity for the 4 years. dermotologist said it has no medicine,should cover the body from sun.whenever i go outside i get itchy rashes on face and neck,and dark spots on back area. Pls tell me the solution mam. I'm struggling with it. My age is 31, and i have dry skin.

I have hereditary dark circles and all my entire life have been getting weird looks and even asked if I’m ok, or if somebody punched me in the eyes and I have made it a habit of wearing makeup all the time even if I’m at home. I would like to be able to be able to have my under eyes brighter and be able to not use makeup if possible because I’m not getting any younger. No it is strictly suggested to avoid retinol arround eyes.
