Let’s do a full weak to your own type team! Basically it’s Pokémon with certain typings that make them weak to a type they already are. (Excluding dragon and ghost since they are super effective on each other) example nidoking/queen is poison-ground type but thanks to that poison type it’s weak to the ground type which is already one of their typings

yeah, but they already excluded types that are weak to themselves, what they're talking about is a pokemon that has dual types where one of the types is super effective against the OTHER type.
for instance the aforementioned nidoking,
Lucario (fighting/steel),
any of the massive number of rock/ground types (onix, golem, rhydon, etc)
Primal groudon (ground/fire)
Crabominable (fighting/Ice)
Pangoro (fighting/dark)
you get the idea.

Monotype teams that are region specific. Kanto water team, Jotoh grass team, Hoenn fire team, ect. Togekiss is just awesome in every way. It has good stats, it has a fun theme/ personaliy, it has a big move pool, and it has good stats in almost every category. So it's my favorite fairy-type!

Basically any Pokemon who have red, blue, or green as (one of) their main colors.
You can also do shiny version of pokemon to fit in with the colors.
So like...
Tyranitar for Green..
Talonflame for Red...
Wishiwashi for Blue...
Just any (shiny) pokemon with one of those three colors as their main color!
Edit: You can use yellow if you want, I just didn't include it since he already has a HUGE number of pokemon to pick from and yellow was kinda seperate from the other Gen 1 games. Also, he can call it the "Starter Team" (if Full Gen 1 Team doesn't make sense) and then yellow wouldn't really wouldn't fit.
Yeah, Zweilous doesn't fool around. People tend to underestimate it because it isn't fully evolved, but with Hustle and access to some really strong moves like Superpower, Head Smash, and STAB Outrage, it can tear a hole right through an unsuspecting team. It will either be surprisingly bulky with an Eviolite, or a powerhouse with a Choice Band.
As for the QOTD...Tough one, I like a number of them. I guess Alolan Nintales, just because it's so pretty?

id say sylveon is my favorite fairy type, also for a theme team, make it a team of counter immunity pokemon, basically pokemon that can learn moves that would counter what they would normally be immune to or in cases of duel types can be resistant
lillipup/herdier/stoutland- can learn dark and crunch which covers the ghost immunity
swampert- can learn mud bomb/mud slap to cover the ground part since its weak to electric as a pure water type so the mud bomb/ mud slap covers the ground moves to counteract the electric weakness from being a water type
im going to need some help giving some other pokemon but basically its the same rule.
