I just wanted to add that those closets get really damp next to bathroom. Be sure to ventilate to prevent mold building up. Looks like a plan. Happy for you.
I just bought a 20 acre piece of property in Northern New Mexico right that has a late 1950's to early 1960's 12x60 mobile home on it. I'm going to tear it down to the frame and cut off the back 15 foot and make a 12x15 guest house out of the the back half and made the mobile home a 12x45, that's 540 square feet, that's PLENTY of room for me, and 180 square feet is also plenty of room for a tiny guest house. I'm only going to have 3 interior walls , the Bedroom is going to be 8x12 with a 5x8 bathroom and the rest is going to be a 404 square foot great room with the the kitchen in the middle, that eliminates the length of water and drain pipes I will need for the kitchen and bathroom, and the front end will be the living space.
Kill the background noises. They are so distracting and annoying. Hope you wrapped the ductwork to prevent moisture damage to the underside of the plywood floors. Otherwise it looks good.
I'm so glad my 1961 mobile home doesn't have that particle board crap in it that stuff should be banned from anything where humans will encounter it it's the worst! Good luck with your project looks great!

Good comments, but most now require solid footers unless it's still on wheels. After putting awnings, decks, and siding, etc., it's a huge loss to consider ever moving.
