This is a nice and livable home. I love the large closets and pantry. This is the most affordable home you’ve shown us from this location. That means it doesn’t necessarily have the wow factor of some of the other homes. But I would be very happy to live here.

Love that hidden pantry! I always bring a few clothes pins when I travel because I find not all those black out drapes in hotels close properly. It sucks when the sun peeks through and you’re not ready to get up. I also bring a nightlight and an electric plug strip. Outlets always an issue with me. Lol I love your accent. Southern peeps are mostly honest, genuine and fun.
This is the one! Not too big. Not too small. Great layout. Love the slider off The dining area. Tons of storage. No wasted space. I'd find a way to add arches to fit my Spanish Modern idea. Change some finishes to add a more rustic feel. Other than that, this is my dream home. Price is right too! Now...if it were only available in my area. 😭😭😭

ROFLOL Chance at 8:03 you said "Let me show you this bath before this closet" when you panned into the 2nd bedroom real fust. I thought it was funny just letting you know I caught it. About this one I really loved it. Perfect layout for an empty nester like me. Only changes are the Master Bath I'd remove the tub and put a huge shower there and then cabinets where the current shower is and in the kitchen I'd rotate the island so the barstools are toward the front door. Love that pantry too it has a James Bond or Man In Black feel of a secret room.♥️🥰

That closet in the utility room is a “broom” closet. Finally a closet where the vacuum cleaner can go along with other cleaning supplies. Wish all manufacturers would remember that we need a place to put such items. Also, do you ever tour Clayton Homes?
