This home is beautiful and I'm glad the people that stage the home didn't put too much stuff in the house.. It had just what it needed and it let the home shine through.. I love it!!!
I love the living room built-ins. The owner’s suite shower is perfect. I’d switch out the tub for a walk-in model. I like the windows in that bathroom because they have frosted glass. My only quibble is a biggie. After living in a single wide for a couple decades and having my water heater embedded in my closet, I would be very hesitant to buy another home with this set up. In the decades I lived there, I replaced my water heater twice. Everything in the closet near the water heater was soaked and/or destroyed. That lovely walk-in closet has the water heater access on the longest stretch of the wall. Why wasn’t it moved to that tiny alcove so that main storage space wouldn’t be compromised? The kitchen is lovely. The room sizes are amazing. And the price is quite reasonable for the size of the space! I look forward to seeing next week’s model.
Great mobile home tour Chance! I'd like to see a porch on it, all flooring, and a a stone fireplace in that living roim! But the kitchen, pantry, u.til.tee room, and master suite were awesome. I also loved all the windows too. I'd move right in if I could! The price was better than I expected. Your little Cully P is just too cute. I'll bet he does get into everything...little man has alot of diverse interest...just like his dad! I just gotta ask this..sorry Chance, but I could have sworn you said on prior video that you have two kids at home! Are you and your wife preggers again, or did you guys have another little one? @@ladynay1731 I’m happy to help. The other piece of advice would be to get as much insulation in the walls as possible. Back when I bought my home, I was offered a chance to upgrade my insulation package for $1,000. Back then I knew very little about such things and turned this offer down. I learned fairly quickly that decision wasn’t the best I could have made.i was always comfortable in my house, but my heating and a/c bills were higher than my neighbors who did get the extra insulation. Good luck and best wishes with your new home. I enjoyed my years years in my home!
I’d never heard of this manufacture but this home is really stunning. I especially like the entertainment center in the living room, the marble countertops, and the whole kitchen.
This is the first home tour that has me saying at the end of the video.. I WANT IT! It’s the first home I see that doesn’t feel all about the kitchen when you walk in. I’m honestly SO OVER homes being all about the kitchen and not leaving space for a descent dining area. This home gives just about the right space for EVERY room (AND spacious closets in the bd rms!!???) Meaning nobody will have to talk over anybody and can enjoy each area simultaneously. I love the thoughtfulness that went into this home. I can’t believe there isn’t one thing that would make me NOT want this home 👍👍👍

The home the master suite and closet / possible office is a plus ! That was a very nice shower, I prefer walk-ins because of handicapped people in our home. Please just zoom in with the camera to show specific items, he didn't reach in as much thank you. It's really a beautiful home.

A great kitchen! Sink at window, fridge and stove convenient to sink. The pantry is near to everything. The master bedroom is the roomiest I've seen. This house was smartly designed.
Omg! I love everything about this home and that is rare, I would have the flooring that's in the kitchen throughout the house. Love the cabinet's and countertops, 100% love the undermount sinks in the bathroom...most mobile homes or modular homes I've toured don't have that option and that has become a deal breaker for me...hope to see more options like that...love it!!

One of my favorite pantries I’ve seen in a manufactured! I completely agree about the shower. I like that one. Most of these homes have ridiculously large showers that waste a lot of space. Great price on that home too.

I don't understand why people complain that you spend too much time on the exterior when they can skip through it. I like being shown the placement of windows and doors from the outside (which gives me a frame of reference when you're inside) as well as the materials used, colors, and decorative options.
Never heard of this manufacturer before. Looking forward to seeing what else they have! And THIS is why we haven't bought anything yet either!! We don't have a timetable we're stuck to, either. Our youngest is a junior in HS so we have AT LEAST a year before she graduates and then we'll decide where we're going, although it WILL be somewhere that's NOT New York.... TOO COLD! This house is really stunning! And I don't use that word often. I had not seen a house I could honestly say I would not change something in but this one I would NOT change a thing! Beautiful! OK. This home is ALMOST perfect. It lacks a coat closet and a place to put an upright freezer. Those bathroom windows are ideal for privacy. I'm loving this one. Thanks Chance for another great video.
This home is beautiful in and out 👍💕. The windows, countertops, lighted entertainment center and wood floors are gorgeous. The carpet could go, and just have the wood flooring throughout. The utility room is one of the best I've seen, and that pantry with the glass door is perfect. I usually prefer the square sinks, but the bathrooms are so nice, I wouldn't change a thing.
I love all the electrical outlets in the kitchen and utility room. When entertaining can plug in warming trays crock pots etc. Love the window between master bath sinks
I believe the counter tops are some type of solid surface made to look like marble. It's been around since I was a kid and we had it in our site built house's bathroom. My mom's house also has it in her bathroom.
I just got home from my birthday dinner (yes, I am a Halloween baby...well, now a 59 year old Halloween baby...lol) I like this house. Loved the laundry room but they need to leave space for a freezer! I loved all the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Great job Chance!

FINALLY! A home that I would consider. The kitchen has a good working triangle & plenty of drawers. Love the counters, color choices, etc. Large closets. Just need 3 more boxes checked: 1) room in the laundry room for a freezer (or space for one in the pantry?) 2) no wire/plastic shelves. 3) I do NOT want to go through the bathroom to get to the clothes closet. BONUS: A real winner for me would have plain white subway tile in the shower. The simpler the better.
Nice house. No coat closet, but I love the large pantry!!! What I liked more than anything, is the way all the sinks are under mounted. That just makes it look more sleek and refined. Also like all the storage in bathrooms and utility room. Thank you for another great video!!! 😊
I’m glad you took the opportunity to visit a Jacobsen home or homes. Their factory is in Safety Harbor, FL. I liked this home. They even had drawers in the utility room. I was surprised, however, that there appeared to be no backsplash behind the stove. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The pantry was sizable and deserved the famed pantry dance. As usual, you did an excellent job videoing and your commentary was spot on. I look forward to your posts. Unfortunately I did not get home from work early enough to watch the video when you first posted it.
Chance, you denied me the pantry dance. I'm mad. Ok. I love the space in this home. Love that kitchen. It was as close to perfect to me as it could get. The rooms are big with big closets and that is always a great thing. Would really get square sinks in both bathrooms. The master bed and bath is really nice. I really like this home. I just have a big family. If I could option in another bed and bath and a den I would be set. I know I could find one with this look with more rooms. Cause I loved the size of the living room and the built-in. It is a great home.

OK. This home is ALMOST perfect. It lacks a coat closet and a place to put an upright freezer. Those bathroom windows are ideal for privacy. I'm loving this one. Thanks Chance for another great video.
Take out that coat rack in the utility room and there's your space for a freezer.
Beautiful kitchen with lots of storage. Lovely laundry room and all the closet space. Not bad at all.

This home is beautiful in and out 👍💕. The windows, countertops, lighted entertainment center and wood floors are gorgeous. The carpet could go, and just have the wood flooring throughout.
The utility room is one of the best I've seen, and that pantry with the glass door is perfect.
I usually prefer the square sinks, but the bathrooms are so nice, I wouldn't change a thing.
I love all the electrical outlets in the kitchen and utility room. When entertaining can plug in warming trays crock pots etc. Love the window between master bath sinks
I love how they used real marble instead of the cheap laminated countertops.
I'm pretty sure it's engineered marble, but I could be wrong. Either way it looks great.

That is definitely NOT real marble. This house would cost a lot more. Marble is super expensive.

I believe the counter tops are some type of solid surface made to look like marble. It's been around since I was a kid and we had it in our site built house's bathroom. My mom's house also has it in her bathroom.

I like this house. Loved the laundry room but they need to leave space for a freezer! I loved all the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Great job Chance!

FINALLY! A home that I would consider. The kitchen has a good working triangle & plenty of drawers. Love the counters, color choices, etc. Large closets. Just need 3 more boxes checked: 1) room in the laundry room for a freezer (or space for one in the pantry?)
2) no wire/plastic shelves.
3) I do NOT want to go through the bathroom to get to the clothes closet. BONUS:
A real winner for me would have plain white subway tile in the shower. The simpler the better.
I love the light color cabinets. The window over the kitchen sink is always a nice touch and yes I do like the faucet lol
Nice house. No coat closet, but I love the large pantry!!! What I liked more than anything, is the way all the sinks are under mounted. That just makes it look more sleek and refined. Also like all the storage in bathrooms and utility room. Thank you for another great video!!! 😊

I’m glad you took the opportunity to visit a Jacobsen home or homes. Their factory is in Safety Harbor, FL. I liked this home. They even had drawers in the utility room. I was surprised, however, that there appeared to be no backsplash behind the stove. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The pantry was sizable and deserved the famed pantry dance. As usual, you did an excellent job videoing and your commentary was spot on. I look forward to your posts. Unfortunately I did not get home from work early enough to watch the video when you first posted it.
Chance, you denied me the pantry dance. I'm mad. Ok. I love the space in this home. Love that kitchen. It was as close to perfect to me as it could get. The rooms are big with big closets and that is always a great thing. Would really get square sinks in both bathrooms. The master bed and bath is really nice. I really like this home. I just have a big family. If I could option in another bed and bath and a den I would be set. I know I could find one with this look with more rooms. Cause I loved the size of the living room and the built-in. It is a great home.
