Please just do weekly episodes of you and Tommy shopping. I could watch that all day.

It’s moments like these that make me miss the good old days when HGTV -US used to have fabulous content! You two have such great chemistry and I love all the banter and humor... and all the while getting work accomplished! Bravo!
EEN63 I so agree with you about HGTV. Don’t even watch it anymore. No wonderful design shows like Sarah’s and Joe Reggerio- not sure if that’s how you spell his name. So sick of the -house hunter, and all of the “knock it down shows”. At least we now can see Sarah and Tommy on TH-cam now.

Amen about liking the 200 thread count. I found that if you bought sheets with a 400 to 600 thread count, I didn’t like them much at all. They were just too...floppy. 200 to 300 worked best. I love every minute of these shows. I can watch them 3. Or more times and still learn and/or notice something new which is vital and important.
This is such a nice escape from the COVID world I'm existing in today. Thanks so much for making these available on TH-cam - I've been trying for years to find a place where I could buy a copy of your older seasons since HGTV doesn't show them here in the U.S. and while I still haven't, it's so great to be able to see your new projects and just remove myself from the chaos of the world right now.
ALWAYS shop with Tommy, please, and ALWAYS film it. You two are too funny together. Also, I see you rocking that IKEA-blue blazer, Ms. Richardson.

I just want to shop, then do lunch, and then ply him with expensive wine and listen to everything funny and insightful while recording it and taking notes. What a great team they make.
Those IKEA linen sheets are THE best. I’m on my second set. They are so comfortable and actually well sewn, with straight seams and no biasing. They iron like a dream, and end up super soft after a few washings. Highly recommended for the price point.

I don't know if everything is available for shipping, but I have purchased several things online . The same thing, over and over, actually as it keeps breaking on, me, lol. It is a cart with added top, casters, and drawers. I am in a wheelchair and it's a good height to work in the kitchen for me. Only problem is the drawers won't stay in the rails. But, it is cheaper and the right size, so.... good luck!
gayla gavin Hi Gayla, I have tried to purchase on-line and have a terrible time checking out! I will try it again. But it gets hung up on my address , which is correct, but the computer tells me different !!! Got to love that...the town was built around my home in 1888 .... nothing new ...UPS comes here often !!! LOL!!!
Sorry that your item keeps breaking. I see so many people on You Tube praising IKEA items! Maybe you love your item too much...LOL!! But sounds like it is use a lot aNd is a blessing for you.

FYI that dinner set is a pain - it chips really easily and plastic wrap/cling film won’t stick to it (if you have leftovers you want to cover to put in the fridge).
I hear you on thread count. I like 200 or 250 because you get crisp, cool cotton that feels like cotton, yet it’s soft and washes and wears beautifully.
Jane In Melbourne the worst part of those dishes.....the sound when the cutlery scraps across it 🤯! Drives me nuts!

I love that bed too. The Ikea catalogue actually pictured it with the high bar at the foot of the bed; clothes on coat hangers on the high foot bar, set up for a teenager / Uni student.
Bad hair day? I was going to comment on your last video how your hair ALWAYS looks good. Even on a "bad hair day, " I think it looks good. My own hair is more like Fiona's.

We are around the corner and coming down the back stretch in terms of finishing the chalet. Liked the closet doors, think they will look fine when finished. I am a horrible shopper, I get in and get out in a hurry, usually by myself. If I had a Tommy or a Sarah to shop with me I think I could slow down and come up with more design ideas like using that table cloth for another project. Love the bed. As a note, please don't make everything grey. I like to use it as an accent or a pop of non color, but the current craze of making everything grey is very depressing to me. Give me off white and colors. JMO. Know the finish is going to be a wow.
This was fun! Really nice to see the things you liked! I would suggest Costco for sheets, though. Awesome quality, soft, and well wearing for as good a price. Towels are good, there, too.
Love a shopping trip! Always interesting to see things through your eyes. Oh and speaking of bedding/sheets, my favourites (have 3 sets) are yours from a couple of years ago. Wish I had bought more (for the spare bedroom). They are so lovely and so comfortable.

This is me and my friends shopping. Always have to have the color commentary and the flashes of inspiration. So much better than shopping alone.
One of the reasons retailers have different prices on the same type item ...for example the bench top selection... Some colours are more popular and in demand then others ....
Enjoyed our walk through ikea with you guys ....always gets me considering taking the hour and a half drive to get to my nearest ikea😂😂

Totally agree on the sheets! Not a fan of sateen finish or 1000 count sheets. I want long staple, percale. Crisp, cool, soft and last a long time. And getting so hard to find!

If those plates are the sets for about $25, they scratch easily with silverware. Ours were a mess after less than a year.
