*a pinch of salt
*90 g sugar
*90 g flour
*20 g cacao
*20 g vegetable oil
For the sour cherry layer:
*400 g sour cherries
*100 g sugar
*5 g lemon juice
*1/2 lemon zest
*25 g cornstarch
For the syrup:
*70 g milk chocolate
*100 g heavy cream
For the cream:
*250 g mascarpone
*200 g greek yogurt
*80 g sugar
*1 tsp vanilla essence
*200 g heavy cream
For the glaze:
*90 g milk chocolate
*50 g heavy cream
