It aerates your cake to make it lighter. 4) Using oil instead of butter means you can keep your cake in the fridge and it won't be hard when cutting. I agree it looks delicious what I would do differently I would remove the inside part, creamy part of the Oreo cookie and crumble the cookie itself alone to add it some thing about that cream that I don’t like at all I will give it a try and I
