I think the bill may have the opposite effect and make things more dangerous for children. People will start to routinely use VPNs and machines located in different jurisdiction to access content not available in uk. It was also drive away multinational tec businesses who won't want the headache of the uk legislation or their citzens data accessed by uk gov.

The OSB is worded so vaguely that anyone anywhere could interpret it for their own advantage and take you down. Also - I WILL NOT be uploading any documents or photo ID just so I can access a website or a platform. I'd rather do without the internet, life's too short to hand it all over to someone else.

You would have to cut off all of your family and friends who use the internet lol, and government already has access to your phone calls and texts so unless your going to go live in the woods with no technology you cant get away from this bill even if you stop using the internet they will still know everything about you.

People don't dictate what's right. Right itself does. People's emotions aren't right and holding a vote in view of popularity doesn't/never solved things either. Just reflection of people's desires which wrong. The question is that we should be of higher ethicality. Overall. Not in controlling kind. But in uncontrolling type. Let gooo of power/control. Stop using it to tyrannize the people. It should only be used for UK defence that's it.

The question that comes to mind is what defines harm because anyone can word something in a way to deem something they simply don't like as to be harmful aka the government doing illegal things and exposing said illegal things could be censored under the guise of being harmful.

I guess the U.K. will have to recind their signature from the Human Rights Declaration or be IN BREACH of their signed undertakings.

It will change language; folk will all speak more 'in code' so that the AI can't 'understand' what they are saying (but the readers will be able to). A sort of electronic cockney rhyming slang will emerge which will be immune from the bots; the algorithms won't have a scooby as to what is really being said and therefore can't half inch all the freedoms which exist today...

Socialism (i.e., precommunism) is well under way with this Bill, which shows that it doesn't matter much which party is in power. We now have only degrees of socialism. The government will continue to give itself more and more power until maximum social control is achieved. Socialism is a function of overpopulation, which is still a taboo subject ...
