Hey man. Also just got diagnosed with ADHD. Started medication last week and I've seen some changes for sure but not entirely sure how effective it has been yet as my life is all over the place. Just wanted to reach out and say I completely understand everything you explained in this. I've also uploaded some videos regarding my struggles with it since being diagnosed. A LOT makes sense in my life now. Keep going and I'm glad you shared this. We need more of us to come out and talk about our experiences.
