I was planning to use Mulan's head for a Trini Kwan (MMPR Yellow Ranger) minifigure. I used Dr. Facilier's head and hands to swap out the head and hands from the Citizen Brick Ladies Man minifig. Thought it was a silly idea, but it works. Cruella's hairpiece could be good for a genderswap of Two-Face, but that would require a bit of modding of the overall minifig just for the hairpiece to work.
Oswald's legs are pretty useful to upgrade any Bespin guard minifigure from Lego Star Wars and the cape from the Evil Queen could also be useful for Moff Gideon from Mando S3

LEGO NEEDS to get the license for Ben 10 again and make something like the OG Rust Bucket with some alien minifigs. Four Arms and Heatblast are so easy and they're just sitting their unused, plus a 1x1 round tile with the Omnitrix symbol would be SO useful for Ben 10 MOCs.
The Queen's cape could also be used for, and I know it's already getting too much attention but; General Grievous from Star Wars. The Umbrella off Cricket could be given to a '66 Penguin. Cruella's hair could be used for a female Two-Face goon, some sort of Suger & Spice combo. The spats legs Facilier has are perfect for innumerable figures, but the first one that popped to mind is End Game Joker.

I feel like Pinocchio’s head and nose mold would be PERFECT for a Grunkle Stan minifigure if it was painted differently, and was very upset when the new Gru minifigure has no nose like the Pinocchio minifigure, Gru’s nose was like the most iconic part of him!
I was also a bit disappointed that it wasn’t repurposed for Gru. I mean, LEGO already spent time and resources on the mold. Why not make the most out of it. I guess Disney could have prevented this from happening but still. LEGO needs to make better choices haha
