I have a very bad back - have for years. I go to the gym, I have a trainer. Trying to get back where I can get to walking more again - cuz honestly I lost the most weight just walking! So I appreciate hearing this.
Great content so far that you have put out. Could you give us some of your in depth thoughts and experience with mobility exercises and stretching in general, Especially tight hamstrings, glutes etc. I would appreciate this. Thank you, Jeff

Hi, I just started watching your videos. Thank you for the energy you bring with you. It's contagious. You keep saying walking at an incline, what if my heartrate stay at the fat burning level while walking on a flat road? I can't walk slow 🙈
If I'm running I'm trying to outrun zombies or a serial killer otherwise I'm walking. Coach Kris knows I like my walks as long as they don't involve a treadmill.
Lady balls! Ok I walk at work up to 11000 steps on concrete floors… when I get home my legs and feet are killing me. So I’ve started biking hopefully this works the same. I used to run thinking I had to in order to lose.
Any cardio is good. The only reason I’m not so much of a fan of biking is because you aren’t carrying your body’s weight and using your full body for movement. Walking helps with core stability as you rotate your body. I’d say maybe try biking one day, elliptical another where you are actually pushing and pulling with your hands just as much as you’re doing work with your legs 👍🏼

Hi Kris, I’m 56 years old and when I do your calculations my heart rate should be around 115 bpm. But when I walk on my treadmill at a 3 with a 3 incline my heart rate goes up to 176 bpm (Fitbit). Could this be because I have Asthma? I take my Symbicort before I start. Just curious.
Walking is the best I lost 80 lbs walking 7 miles a night me and me friend didn’t miss 1 night and I feel good ♥️

I walk a lot! When I go to work, I walk to the train station to go to work in another city! When I get there, I'm walking to work again! And so back!
