This is SUCH a good interview and for such a small channel. Absolutely earned a subscriber. Would love to listen to an interview with David Hayter next.
Voice actors are SO under appreciated. Major Zero voice is very unique and iconic, and producers sometimes treat them like random joe… such a shame what happened on MGSV… half assed game.
Actually glad to hear he's getting paid properly and this may mark the beginning of the return for Konami that we really love and HOPEFULLY a full remake of the series and "HOPEFULLY" complete TPP though it isn't likely I really really want it to be complete maybe as a DLC (Chapter 3) U earned urself a follower as well!
@@PaintballMaskNo, most of the game will feature remastered voice acting from the original game - however, some lines have been re-recorded, and there are some that are brand new.
the "new" voice line are most likely gonna be related to Gameplay Voice Lines where they probably spell the new mechanics and controller buttons out which they did for the 3DS port
The game will feature most of the original recordings from MGS3, but will feature some new recordings, and some alternate recordings for original dialogue.

@gamebred2094 We really appreciate that! Currently trying to get our next show put together - please be on the lookout for that!
That's good to know that he's being paid properly.
In cocaine and heroin too, Konami are so back

"Major....I'm BURNING UP!!!"

@@seifsaad63 We're personally hoping for Metal Gear Rising 2 😭
Thank you for subscribing! We will try to make you glad you did!
Higher voice gives you no tactical advantage whatsoever, but that was some fancy voice acting...
You're pretty good.
I hope he was recording lines for Snake vs Monkey 2
Snake vs. Amongus
Pretty good
Thanks for watching!
Its also a shame knowing kojima blew budget on people like Sutherland so we missed out on these actors getting paid.
If its not back stage footage, it could be to get some lip syncing reference shots for animators.
@stargateheaven23 Maybe! Jim was pretty insistent it was just backstage footage, but we'll find out when this footage is released!
@@METALGEARCENTRAL i just find it strange that they would so behind the scenes stuff when its only a few lines. You know? Guess we’ll have to see
Good point, it could be that
So we CAN expect some new dialogues then? Would love to have a reference to Skull Face for example hehehe
WHAT??? They’re re-recording lines??? PLEASE TELL ME IM NOT MISTAKEN
Re-recording certain lines for the game according to Jim, guess we'll just have to wait and see exactly what that entails!
so wait - is all of the voice acting re-recorded, then?

Returning? So the voice acting is not the same as in the original?

I thought they just reused assets for delta?
They will be reusing most of MGS3's voice-over accompanied by new recordings!
