    It is kind of interesting to see how Nidhogg is portrayed in this game. In the original myth (or what remained of it) the lindworm actually gnaws at the roots in Niflheim while simultaneously devouring the corpses that end up there. After Ragnarök, Nidhogg and its brood will build a new hall for themselves and, in the distant future, play a crucial role in the next Ragnarök.

    • @Vulpecula-Enfield

      @noabsolutelynot3660 2 ปีที่แล้ว +23

      You're not an empath, you're empathetic.
      The word "Empath" refers specifically to someone with pseudoscientific (read: not scientific but acting like it) or supernatural powers to feel precisely what others do.
      The very fact that you claim to be an empath resonating with a fictional character proves you are not, as all explanations of such a phenomena would require presence in a physical space. Freya doesn't have feelings, she's a scripted animation of a 3D model on a screen. The actor isn't feeling what she is, they're acting.
      Empathy and being empathetic is the ability to feel compassion, pity, or shared emotions when displayed by another, real or not. It's something everyone has. Nobody is special for being empathetic, though some are more than others. People who aren't are called sociopaths.

      And I'm like...
      Are we talking about same Kratos that took about 100 slash to take 1 bar off a Boss' health while taking half a hit from a Boss and be dead already?
      LOLzzz.
      I get that Kratos have sheets of Powerful Being he have defeated.
      But Freya is too. She one of very few Vanirs that can fight. And few of them go against Thor & Odin and survived.
      More than that, she wasn't afraid of Kratos or Odin at all.
      Then talking about going after Odin at end of the game, she talked as if Thor didn't even exist which granted she can easily defeated Thor given Mimir statement. But the way she talked so casually as if Thor didn't exist at all, should've proved to you just how powerful she is.
      And entire Valkyrie revered her powers for it.
      Also when meeting Valkyrie first time, Mimir said "Valkyrie in corporal form? I can't think of more dangerous foe"... Hello, he lived through Thor & Odin. If he can't thin of a better foe, isn't proof that Valkyrie are stronger than Thor & Odin? And Freya is frigging Queen of them all. Even Sigrun admits on how powerful Freya is.
      Atreus admit that Freya is stronger than Odin and Mimir agreed.
      We have yet to see her in her True Powerful Forms.
      So at least give her some credits.
