After watching both videos I think the 5/14 looks the best on a non lowered car.

It's a good balance front and rear. 14mm are also easier to install.

I've had two model 3 performances one that was lowered with staggered wheels and this current one I'm lowering now. I think the car looks better without wheel spacers when it has not been lowered. Not lowered with spacers makes it look more buggy and accentuates the wheel gap.
Lower the car and it looks great.

Did you notice a difference in performance? I did when I installed my 20mm/18mm setup on my M3P. Thinking about to switch to a 18mm/15mm setup instead.

That's too aggressive on a stock height M3P. 5/17 the most aggressive we'd suggest.
