I hung commercial vinyl wall covering for 20 years. This stuff is so forgiving it's incredible. Mess it up, pull it back heat it up and lay it back down. Great vid. thanks guys.
This may be a very dumb question: Clearly this vinyl wrap responds to heat, how would it respond to cold? Would a spray bottle full of ice water have any usefulness in installing the wrap?
you could have pulled up the entire wrap up to that large finger and stretched it back out and down and not have to squeegy other little fingers you made. would have been better to lay flat down the centre then lifted every corner and re adjust large sections, stretching out any wrinkles all the way to the edge in one go.
So who thought it was a good idea to make a tips video when clearly none of yall have any clue what you're doing lol. Makes sense this vid got no response. Next time get some exp with some actual tips to help people instead of making their first time wrap process 100 times harder. Really wish we could vote to remove vids from yt. I wonder how many people yall have screwed over with this vid.
@@adamzav4042 I'm by no means an expert but they are not stretching enough. Glass the vinyl out before you squeegee it. I'd say this is a video primer before someone would head Into an actual beginner video on how to wrap
#1 Tip: Stay away from Vvivid. It can't compare to the quality of KPMF, Avery or Oracal. Vvivid is a cheap brand promoted by TH-camrs, but not professional wrappers.

I never understood why shops charge so much for this service. Now I get it. What a meticulous nightmare. Great job guys
It’s actually not that hard you just need patience I’m 16 and I’m pretty good at it
@@Lillui911 Only a 16yo would rewrite your words and attempt to make it sound like a different statement. 😂😂😂
@@bigmizzymikeonly a 16 year old would say that to avoid the fact that he’s also 16.

To what temperature foil can be heated during application
what manufacture of vinyl and did you laminate ?
You are literally on a vvivid vinyl sponsored video.....
What’s a good PPF any of you would recommend? Just need it for front bumpers and hoods
How much for a roll of wrap?
Yeah I’m gonna do this to my car …. Tesla’s paint already scratches too easily.
