- Hi there everyone thanks for popping back to come and see my latest Design Team Project for Calico Collage. I created an altered Book Journal using the digital kit Song Bird.

CalicoCollage items are so beautiful! I love the the way you cut out the images and placed them over the image on the page. I want to be like you when I grow up. lol

Oh my goodness, I love the journal you created with this kit. It is very creative with your wonderful use of the cut out images. I notice you had used some very pretty tape in the journal as well. Is it washi tape and if so could you please tell me where you buy it...it went so nicely with the papers.

This is such a beautiful journal, Carol! You are so clever and it shows in your various tuck spots and layering for pockets and belly bands, etc. Just lovely!! It is a wonderful kit as well. Off to do more shopping, lol!! I'm a new subbie to your channel, too.

Carol how did u get the lines paper?
Wow! Just gorgeous! Question: do you tea/coffee dye the pages you print from kits?
Thanks Nancy 😊 No for 2 reasons. 1 - my printer doesn’t like pre coffee dyed paper. 2- I can’t coffee dye after printing as I have an inkjet printer and the liquid makes the ink run. I tend to print on the back side of the paper or use cream coloured paper which means I then don’t have to print on the back. Hope that helps 😊 xx
