I guess this isn’t available in some countries? I can use FaceTime, I’m in iOS 17, and the option is there but grayed out… any insight on this would be very helpful

How do I know if it was sent successfully? A short feedback pop up would be really helpful
How is this any different from sending a video message?
Yeah maybe it should go into the text message, when i do it, no one has said they have watched it cuz they don’t know where it is

I'd like to know why the option to record a cideo message isn't always available?
You may not be on iOS 17 or you may be actually calling a person, not facetiming them.
your recipient may not be on ios 17
