This is a stunning property. I’m thinking of how I’d make use of all the rooms. The first floor would be all mine because I’d turn that lounge into a personal study and library. I too wonder what’s with the wall split between the second floor wardrobe. I’d even bring the wall out further and make it a walk-in if possible. Absolute dream home 😍

This is one of my favorite houses. The finishes are high end. My favorite rooms are cinema room, kitchen and huge sitting room upstairs.

I love love loved this. But no laundry room🤷🏾♀️ at first I was like 900,000 WHY. Now I can see why. Love how many bathrooms and still a downstairs toilet👏🏿 I’m ready to move in TOMORROW😃

20:45 seeing that there are plugs at the bottom of that wall, i'd assume it would be for mounting a television ?
I did not find a laundry area. Did I miss something? Instead of the L shaped kitchen/dinning-living area, they could have opted for a rectangular shape by extending the kitchen wall all the way back. That would create a seperate room behind the living space to function as a laundry/back kitchen storage. It could also be provided with a closable opening towards living area as a serving space for smoothies, juices etc.
Some great ideas there :)
Hi guys...can you do a few videos on self build homes. I get the feeling that the buyers are taken for a ride in the Uk by these developers. The developer houses are terribly expensive and boring !!!!

We call it a Peep Home here in the states.
This is a new build based on the old victorian/edwardian style homes which line some of the streets in hartlepool

Lovely property. However, I was concerned with the toilet system, if there was a problem with the toilet system does that main you have to remove all the tiles or is there a hidden opening if there was a problem with the toilet system??.
Been watching this channel for a while now. Love the commentary most of the time. The constant mention of TV area/ where to put the TV in every room is unnecessary though.

I’m torn between Chelmer and Radley, which do you recommend?
Hi Min,
The Chelmer is a 4 bedroom home so it has a wider footprint that is also overall larger than the Radley.
Both have balconies and open plan layouts, the Chelmer is just more generous in its proportions. The Chelmer however has a unique vaulted ceiling above the additional living area in the open plan space on the Ground Floor whilst the Radley doesn't. The entrance hall of the Chelmer is also larger and diagonal.
If you're looking for a 3 bed, the Radley is perfect, if you're looking to upscale and add some vaulted features and diagonal walls then the 4 bed Chelmer is ideal.

Hi, no, these are show homes, the furniture and decor is shown so you have an idea of what the home could look like once you move in. They don't come with the homes otherwise the cost would increase further.
