They should turn the family bath into a 3 piece suite instead with standard Shower over bath where the current shower is and reclaim the space where the tub is for the single room. It's a lot of money to not have space for a wardrobe.

It’s a very well-designed house but I would think it closer to 1,400 rather than 1,000 square feet. Similar new-builds In Hertfordshire cost about twice the price!
I like the layout of this one, though some of the decorating isn't my style. I like that there is a door from the living room into the kitchen/diner (not shown on the floor plan), something absent from many UK homes. It's curious that one bedroom has a fitted wardrobe (not shown on the floor plan), one has a walk-in closet, but the other two are staged with no wardrobe at all, perhaps because those two are small. There seems to be some nice landscaping, but we didn't get to see it all.
How much down payment? And monthly installment how much? Can i live my house after paying down payment? In wales,liverpool,manchester area how much this type house?

It’s quite a compact 4 bed at 1000 Ftsq, at 8:01, I’m presuming your referring to the internal STOPCOCK, under the sink?

Recalculate the sqm from the builder site approx 150 sqm or 1615 sqm.
