I like the way you talk and show the properties but the only 👎 think is that in every house that you go you don’t take the shoes off … I’ve never seen anyone to do that! Keep up the good work!
Hi Paula, we totally get that :). It's respectful to remove shoes in homes. Show homes are slightly different in that rarely are shoes removed, since no one lives there and there are just too many people coming in and out, that if you took your shoes off, you're likely to be the only one, and risk gathering dirt on your socks or feet :) When we tour homes that people live in, we usually take our shoes off :)

Where is the property located? I think location is probably the most important attribute of a property. Please endeavour to mention this in your videos
Thank you for showing this home, the only thing I didn't like was the radiator placements, they were shocking and wasted space, for a upscale home this should have been a major consideration.
Wow! You have a eye for detail. For new builds, you can usually move radiators, switches, lights and sockets so you can definitely pick that up during those discussions.

Gas boiler with radiators rather than solar powered heat pump/underfloor heating. Trickle vents to let the heat escape the insulation rather than air tight heat recovery. Sigh.

The house is gorgeous but I disagree about the size of the kitchen there are hardly any surface for preparing food. It definitely needs an island

These cala homes go to show even a 8 feet 2/3 inch ceiling is quite high i dont think there 9 feet but i could be wrong. Lovely houses👍

House is OK didn't really like ground floor plan bit weirdo 🙄. 700 grand for this property is soo xpensive upto 500 grand is ok.
