I just want to say I’m 74 and have had dental problems my entire life. I have a front bridge with 5 teeth that is 30 years old. It looks good when I smile but what you can’t see are the gums above it that receded away from the bridge and exposed the upper part of the original teeth. I have implants in the back, upper and lower. I desperately want to keep this bridge intact for my remaining life. I started this program about 6 months ago and what a life changer. My gums are pink again and the tissue around my bridge and implants is healthier and never bleeds. I use all the correct products and I’m very faithful with it. I’m very hopeful that this will allow me to keep this good old bridge forever.

@@ac22750085 If she is following the program as she stated, then it is 1. Closys Mouthwash for 1 min 2. Brush w/Crest Anti-Cavity paste (not the gel one) 3. Listerine Cool Mint or Original Mouthwash for 30-60 sec 4. ACT Anti-Cavity Fluoride Mouthwash for 1 min. 5. Chew xylitol gum or xylitol mints after meals and drinks. Do this morning and night (especially important at night)

      Do twice daily:
      1) Closys ultra sensitive mouth rinse for 1 minute.
      2) Crest cavity protection paste brush for 1 minute.
      3) Listerine cool mint for up to 30 seconds but only til it starts to sting.
      4) Act cavity protection for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
      No rinsing in between.
Xylitol gum or mints (1 gram) after meals, snacks or drinks (coffee, tea etc.)
Use the EXACT products, no variations.

It’s not as much the dentists fault, as most take what is being taught to them as a fact. The medical education system is highly flawed! Unfortunately and unbelievably by design. The system is designed for profit, not health - this is why they don’t teach the things that truly heal!
Teeth literally regrow and strengthen, just like a bone - if given the right environment. But where is the money in that?
Dentists are overwhelmed and just accept things as fact because most don’t have the time to truly do research.
One has to question the system that doesn’t promote anything unless it helps the bottom line.

When I was fourteen I remember the dentists looking at my mouth saying to each other “those are some hard teeth. I see a spot here.” “Just a scraping then?” “No. A cavity is a cavity.” I screamed and was held down and they drilled not only my bottom tooth, but to even things out they drilled above and the other side too. I left with four filling and mouth of Novocain! I told my parents, but they were complacent. At sixty I now have to remove those fillings to protect me from dementia.

But like you, dentist filled my teeth with that silver lead stuff not informing me that it will Crack, break, cause cavities to form. I had beautiful set of teeth, in fact, later an honest dentist told me i had good healthy teeth from my genes, that some people teeth appear nice on the outside but have all kind of issues. They never told me how to prevent cavities from eating broccoli, to taking B1 and B2, supplements, or chew on bark of a tree stick. All they said was that the acid from the saliva and food forms the enzymes that causes the teeth to go bad. But never did they say to use and gargle wirh the miracle Castro oil that kills genitive and periodontal diseases. They play off our ignorance at the cost of us losing our teeth while they get paid and forces us to go to false teeth. I am hoping what this video says works its wonders on my teeth. So far I have my front top and front bottom teeth and lost about 5 or 6 of overall from the left and right sides. I am thankful that I have my some of my natural teeth. I heard of stem cell treatment that can grow our teeth back, so what are they waiting on to offer it world wide.

He finally gave me a 15 minute courtesy visit where he talked over me, virtually berated me and explained in detail how if we don’t fill all 7 cavities and get three caps that we will somehow end up with 10 root canals and require 10 fake teeth. As a child, I never feared going to the dentist (and I had lots of dental work as a child). When I became an adult and had to pay for dentistry myself, I’m extremely nervous and petrified. Because of the OUTRAGEOUS COST! It’s gotten out of hand. Just a cleaning and exam is enough to make you go broke. When I sit in the chair I can’t stop thinking about how I’m going to pay for it.

Money is at the vibrational frequency that we can manifest and can flow in once we stop resisting it and releasing our blocks in our belief systems that actually prevent us from receiving it. Abraham Hicks or Jake Ducey good places to start for basic manifesting❤ money comes from all sorts of sources and all over the place, there is always enough and always more and there is no lack and limitation that's the mindset we were all programmed with from childhood. You are a great human being, Dr Phillips! You are the only dentist talking about this, and helping us with one of the greatest stresses of life- the amount of money it takes to go to the dentist. If I don’t have the money to pay dentist my only choice is to go toothless because the fixing of teeth is too expensive.
On the other hand, for adults, the pain of the dental treatment is more understandable and tolerated, but for children… it has to be a terrible nightmare. I am not able to see a child being administered a vaccine because my heart just can’t stand it, let alone a child crying of fear and pain because of a dental appointment!

Feel free to do your own comparison but you will only know the outcome in the long-term - not just in a day or two.
The outcome I expect for people using my system is that they will no longer need dental cleanings or treatments.

hi, i am replying because i had the same questions when i first implemented the system. i have watched many videos by dr. ellie since then so i think i got the answers for ya :) yes, you can use granules. she prefers mints but approves of granules as well. i use a teaspoon if i can't get to my favorite xylitol gums and i make sure i use the granules specifically after coffee/tea/sweets because it is insane how it instantly whitens your teeth after consumption, i am really fascinated. ex-smoker here too so it took a few weeks to whiten them but now i have gotten to a new baseline i guess so it happens instantly now after rinsing. truly remarkable. swoosh it around for a minimum of 2 minutes (but no need to overdo it) or until the sugar dissolves. yes, you can do it after the whole routine and before going to bed (just no drinking water afterwards). sorry for the long reply, hope this helps. cheers!

After I began using flurine toothpaste the number of cavities dropped immediately. And after that I have only gotten them occasionally. But your program about xylitol is interesting. And also interesting that my teeth can be stronger even now, decades after the teeth came. I have always gotten some placke. But after I started to eat low carb, I have less of it. I just started your 5 step plan today! Question -- if I do this plan at night before bed, but then get thirsty and drink water -- do I need to start the plan over or should I take a xyletol and call it a day?

I thought the 'don't drink (or eat) for an hour...' part only related to the taking of the xylitol? So as to maximise the flow of good saliva.

I had the healthiest teeth my whole life except for one cavity in highschool. After my first pregnancy i noticed my tooth and gum health had suffered horribly. My teeth became weak with chipping and bleeding gums. I hated flossing, brushing made me gag. After my last pregnancy i have started trying to take care of my mouth health. Hopefully not too late after 2 decades of pregnancies. 2 of my children just had horrible teeth preschool. I wish i knew this earlier. Sad that in an advanced country such as Canada there isn't better education about this 😠. Thank you for your educational content ❤

@@sparklingbeautybee I've been crazy about flossing and brushing for about 3 years now. The bleeding gums have stopped however I've been trying all types of things. For a very long time I was using hydrogen peroxide to rinse so I'm learning that's not a good idea. Just started the xylitol so need more time there. I've switched over too extremely soft bristle toothbrushes. I spend a long time massaging my gums with the soft bristle toothbrush for about a year now. My gums feel better and look better (pink vs red). But I have yet to see a dentist to ask about my pocket improvement.

Doing the program for 2 months now. But my teeth are stained from coffee and that isn't going away. I drink one cup of coffee in the morning, rinse my mouth out and suck on a xylitol mint. Still have stained teeth. Per Dr. Ellie my teeth are supposed to whiten and stay clean and brighten like hers. What's wrong?

Are you using the exact products I recommend. Be careful to use exact Closys UltraSensitive - NEVER gum health formulation. Also are you brushing with the MOUTHWATCHERS brushes? DrEllie.com

@@dr.elliephillips Yes, I'm using the EXACT products that you recommend Dr. Ellie... I purchased the kits from your website for my wife and I. And, I ordered the brushes off of your website (Dr. Plotka's Mouthwatchers). I know I have to follow your mouth care system exactly if I want results. Our teeth and mouths feel great, teeth feel stronger, and our anxiety about "you need to have deep cleanings every 4 months due to your age and gum recession" is gone. Yet, we still have brown stains on the side edges, in between, our teeth from coffee. What's is wrong? Why aren't they whitening and cleaning up for us?

@@dr.elliephillips Yes. Using exact products (ordered your kit). Using the Dr. Plotka Mouthwatchers (have two for morning/nite so they dry out for 24 hours). Our mouths feel really good and teeth seem stronger. Rinse mouth out with water after coffee and also suck on a xylitol mint. Yet we both have dark coffee stains along the edges in between our teeth. What's wrong?

@@alfredbell736 This is superficial stain - often remains of “ dead plaque”. It should clean away if you target it with your brushing & sufficient toothpaste on the brush.
If that doesn’t work I’d suggest you mix a 1/2 teaspoon of granular xylitol into the toothpaste you are using at the brushing part of the system. Tge xylitol makes the toothpaste a bit more exfoliating.

    • @dr.elliephillips
      @dr.elliephillips  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

If you are not able to remove it - then I guess you can let your hygienist remove it at your next cleaning.
It is superficial debris - should be easy to remove - and should not return.
You can think about it as the dead plaque that was attached to your teeth when you began this system.
If you want to try one more thing: mix some xylitol crystals with the Crest toothpaste to make it more exfoliating.

I found your videos this past weekend and have been binging them. I have a couple of questions I hope you or someone can answer. How long after brushing with your system can I start drinking water? Also, I have some cavities causing intermittent mild pain. When that happens I swish warm water with salt for a few minutes. Can I continue to do this until the effects of your system kick in? I don’t want to negate the healing from using your system. Appreciate any answers.
