Bro പറഞ്ഞത് 100% ശരിയാണ്. ഈ Collection Agents മാരും നമ്മളെ പോലെ മനുഷ്യന്മാരാണ് So നമ്മൾ ഒരിക്കലും അവരോട് മോശമായി പെരുമാറുകയോ, പ്രാകുകയോ, ശപിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യരുത് അതു ഏതു സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ആയാലും. ഇപ്പോഴാണ് ചേട്ടായി ഞാൻ ശരിക്കും Collection Agent മാരുടെ കഷ്ടപ്പാട് ഈ video യിലൂടെ തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നത്. ഞാനും ഒരിക്കൽ ഈ ജോലിക്കുള്ള Interview നു പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ ഞാൻ Interview യിൽ Select ആയില്ല എന്നെ അവർ Select ചെയ്തില്ല. ഇപ്പോഴാ ഞാൻ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞത് ആ ജോലി കിട്ടാഞ്ഞത് ഭാഗ്യമെന്ന്.

I can understand the situation. I am working in a private hospital. എല്ലാ patients ഉം വരുമ്പോഴേ ഞാൻ പറയും consultation/ test charages എത്ര ആണ് എന്നുള്ളത്. Consultation കഴിയുമ്പോൾ fee payment നു bargaining ആണ്. നിങ്ങളുടെ fee കൂടുതൽ ആണ്,നിനക്ക് എത്ര ആണ് salary,200 രൂപ എങ്കിലും കുറയ്ക്കണം, ചിലർ റിപ്പോർട് മേടിച്ച് മുങ്ങും. ഇതൊക്കെ വരുമ്പോഴേ പറയുമ്പോൾ ചെയ്തോ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് bargaining നടത്തുമ്പോൾ വരുന്ന ദേഷ്യം കുറച്ചൊന്നുമല്ല. പലപ്പോഴും salary യുടെ ഏറിയ പങ്കും ഇങ്ങനെ പോകും. കാരണം reception ല് marked aayit ആണ് patients വരുന്നത്

Great to finally see a video that puts light on the true situation of a collection agent aka recovery officer. While there are genuine cases that sometimes breaks our heart, more often there are well off people who try to cheat a bank by potraying themselves as struggling ordrinary people. Genuine people always make it a point to settle something inspite of all their struggles while there are often the socially elite behaving as if its their right to not repay what they owe to the bank which is actually “public money” itself.
