Hi Tanya! Congratulations on winning the giveaway! I love my Tailors ham. I think I have almost all of the items you picked out! You're going to love them.❤
Lovely prize picks - great that they have longevity too. I've been lucky enough to have been given a voucher for Minerva as a leaving gift from my last job, so I need to get on and start thinking about what I want to buy with that. X
What an unbelievable prize!! And you were so good and considered in your purchases! Thanks for the shout out! I really hope you live the kielo as much as I do!!! ❤
What a nice prize! Happy to see all your Closet Core patterns - they do not disappoint! 😉 I think Named goes by 5'9", so yes, pretty tall. Which I love! The Keilo dress is fabulous, too. I'm over 5'7", and the skirt part does come up really long, so do check it haha. I wanted to mention that the Kalle has a long sleeve extension pack. I've got those pieces printed up, but haven't tried them yet. Happy sewing!
Lovely prize. The pressing ham is brilliant for pressing neckbands and other curved areas - not sure how I managed so long without one (also the longer thinner sleeve pressing ham). I only recently bought some duckbill scissors and they are brilliant. Let us know how the loop turner goes - I never have much luck with my older one and I don't like spending money if I don't know it's going to be any better. I had to buy a better seam guide as mine kept bending. They are not very substantial. Gorgeous little kitty!
Hi Tania. Congratulations on winning the Sew Essential prize 🏆 love your sleeveless Marnie. I’ve done a front/ back flip hack too with short sleeves. They’re perfect for summer ❤
Me too! I don’t add the shoulder ruffles, yet 😆. Like you I lengthened both the and front and back yokes and fully lined the front. But added a facing to the back neckline. I just squeezed it out of 1.75m of fabric - Pattern Tetris 🤪 more hacks are planned!
Don’t be nervous of the Blanca. I thoroughly enjoyed making this, the instructions hold your hand throughout -no head scratching moments! Of course it takes a bit of time to make but didn’t find any scary bits and the finished item looks v professional, even if I say so myself! I put elastic in the back waist seam to cinch it in a bit as well. Look forward to seeing yours.
Congratulations on your prize!! I bought a tailor’s ham yesterday! I think you made wise investments with all your new sewing tools and patterns. Rosa is so cute! It was lovely to see her!
@@justletmesew Indeed! I used my tailor’s ham for the first time today and it was super! I will keep an eye out for Rosa in future videos! Have a great week!
I haven’t watched your channel before. I love your pattern picks. I don’t know if you usually make toiles, but I would highly encourage you to make one for the Bianca. Just to get the crotch depth right especially. Your white blouse is lovely!
@@SyKnife Hi Denise, thank you for watching. You're right, a toile is a great idea for the Blanca. I'm quite intimidated by it so a practice run will help 😊
Congrats on winning such a fab price! I know the feeling, I nearly fell over backwards when I won one of the major prizes on Sew april blouse 2023! And same as you, I NEVER win anything ☺️ I picked a couple of gorgeous fabrics for my voucher and as it always is, I’m too worried to cut into them 🙄
