Listen to wise men, investing 30℅ consistently with compounding will break you out of the middle class bubble. You need to develop 4-5 source of incomes and cut down expenses on unnecessary things. Stop increasing your liabilities like cars, iPhones and other overpriced things and stick to basics/needs, wants Cam be entertained to a reasonable level.

For example: you have a 9-5 job - income 1 , you make a small home business like a food truck stand/cloud kitchen or even make pickles and sell that is income 2 , if you invest with your friend for their business for example they want to open a restaurant or clothes business and you invest part of capital that is income 3 through which you get profit share, in English they call a side hustle which is second or third jobs that you do to make extra income like giving online classes, making a TH-cam channel or doing part time delivery 3-4 hours a day or on weekends income 4 , this should be on top of the list but since I believe this is obvious investing in stocks ( dividends are passive income) income 5, apart from these you could buy investment properties if you have capital and rent it for income 6, invest in ATM machines on Banks ( required capital 5 lakhs) income is generated every time a transaction is made by someone. So all these are things you need to figure out and do as per the amount of capital and means you possess.
Few other sources invent something and license it for royalty ( if you're smart lifelong income)

The most important thing is to save money from primary income to create 4-5 extra sources of income. You basically spend only 30% of what u make. For eg u make 1 lac per month then u live on only 30k per month. Your house rent, bike, car everything u take from this 30k only. The remaining 70k is investment. The rule is you save money and then some. U keep doing this for 15-20 yrs ull be a crorepati in Indian terms. If you do this in America ull become a centi-millionaire by the time you retire..

Don't listen to him, saving 30% of income will not take you the next level at all. Try to compound your money. You should be able to get returns in multiple of the amount you invested, that will be a growth. Investing this money and trying own business might make you get plenty time more than what you initially invested. You can then upgrade from a lower to higher middle class and even to rich class. Planning and investing money to gain a profit is always the best than just gaining few interest rate extra by investing 30% of the same salary monthly
