Wow! The SE actually lasted about 12 hours! From 7.30 in the morning to around 8 in the evening! That's a good battery for such a compact phone 📱. Really impressive Apple 🍎 👏

I have been using iPhone SE for 2 years coming from 5s and I pre ordered iphone 14. For someone who used SE for the past 2 years it remained AMAZING! I use it for work like legit work apps Microsoft. I took amazing videos and photos with it with great results. Size AMAZING! I have small hands and always drops things so I love the small form. HOWEVER, after 2 years battery degraded so bad now at 81% I have to charge at least 3x a day. You can buy wireless battery pack tho or wireless charging pods so when you are at work you can just place it there and charge it but you can’t trust the phone going out without extra power with you all the time.
Those Iphone's form factor from 6 to se2022 is my favorite! Small, with touch-id and bezells that you can rest on them your fingers without touching the display. My complain is their battery, at least in iphone 8 i have.
I'm like someone who doesn't care It's a Phone It's working it doesn't even need to go through the whole day coz i carry a Powerbank with me all the time coz i get scared when my battery drops by even 1% i can play some occasional games on it i can watch TH-cam i can read manga that's all i need and it can take some good pics here and there
i guess not much changed since SE2020, i owned that phone for a year but i got so sick of it i swaped it to 13 wanted mini but both were kinda the same cause i want to swap to pro max now, my main issues with SE2020 were brightness which was so damn dim in straight sunlight i could not see anything on the display even with autobrightness on i use that feature to save battery, second main issue was hardware related touch id it works but also does not work for me, it does work when you use it with dry hands only and clean hands also it doesn't work in any orther scenario, any bit of liquid on hand dirt makes the touch id not work till you clean it again, for me i had to clean the touch id and display every time i had to use it and it was a pain in the ass, no only you need clean your hands very well you also need to dry them you also need to clean the device each time before using or you could just type password each time, and third and biggest issue for me was battery, i did abuse it but DAMN that was terrible, lasted me at first 4 to 5 hrs but after abusing it it lasted me 2 hrs and 30mins within a year of use with 83% battery health left charging it 3 times a day and i was not doing many intense actions on it beside gaming daily for 2 to 3 hrs, at first i did it for 9 to 15 hrs to test out the battery and efficiency but software wise it was flawless, i lagged only once during games and game crashed couple of times but its ok happend 2 to 4 times in a year, i don't have issues with 13 lasts me up to 9hrs and i still have 40% battery left health still 100% after 6 months, but i want to swap for pro max ideally 13 for alpine green and size/pro motion well it may be gone by december so i may just get a 14 pro max by that time.
Definitely agree. I got iphone SE 2022 and it can be kept alive 2 days straight if I don’t use it too much. If I use it too much a day I ussually charge it only once a day. I think it’s also how people take care of their phones. If their battery is too old it might be good to replace it. I think it means below 80% is bad already. I also seen some comments about the design. Personally I love thebutton, it’s more simple and I think they should keep it in bussiness. ❤️
Great video! (as usual…) I think the reason why Apple didn’t add the MagSafe to the SE is because they are using iPhone 8 production line to build the iPhone se as well. and in that way they make more profit per unit without adding any additional costs
true they're using like the whole iphone 8 build to keep the price down and like you said coz of that they didn't add magsafe and also as Shevon said apple won't be bringing the premium features to their budget model

I do enjoy these day in the life of videos. I will say I think 6 hours and 25 minutes is excellent battery life. Because that’s like two hours more of screen on time than the SE 2020. And the 13 mini I have gets about 6 hours of screen on time. 5 hours of screen on time if I’m playing music heavily. I think most getting this phone won’t care about the outdated design. They just want a phone that works well and gets long term support. Plus is familiar. While it isn’t the best iPhone I do think it’s a really great entry iPhone.

@@msjenn_y The battery dies real fast 10% is like 10-15 of real screen time. TH-cam videos are played at 720p and gaming is not even a good idea. It gets really hot and battery dies x3 faster. The only good pictures are during the day with no zoom. Is basically like buying an iPhone 8. I guess that’s what you get for for under 450, but there is a lot of competition for the price. One Plus North 200 feels and looks 100% better and lets not mention is only 240.
If you're not tied down on android stuffs, I suggest you get the 13 Pro Max. My workmate has a mn S22 Ultra and it only lasts 1hr more than my regular S22. Both snapdragon, we have mostly the same usage (social media and little gaming). For a high-end device, the S22 Ultra is just not up their in the battery department.

for me its the other way around: i have an iphone 13 pro and upgraded from an iphone 11 and i honestly miss the 60hz refresh rate. the setting to change it back doesnt feel as authentic though

The SE is a good member of a rapidly shrinking choice for those, like myself, who can’t use OLED due to PWM problems.

Get the 13 pro max if you want a beast of battery life. S22 ultra on what i heard are having bad issue on battery life
