For anyone having this problem! Remove ground from battery for like 10 minutes and reconnect. Check if your AC is working properly now! Think it just resets the servomotors. Idk. Worked twice for me in the past 3 years. EDIT: Hold "Auto" + Recirculate Button + brake + Start = AC Diagnostic Mode Then it will give you all the codes. I just pressed off and i believe it wiped all the codes. Perhaps it reinitialized the servo motors. and its now blowing wide open and cold. Hope this can help some people. No need for the fancy tablet or taking it to a shop.

No the problem is is that the actuators are stuck in most of the Lexus is for 2009 to 2021 because they have the same actuators that make it cold or hot are stuck on the last setting you had it on. You would have to either remove the dash or have skinny baby arms to get in the area of the screws on actuators. Then you need to match them with your dealership and install them.
Mine is a 2018 Lexus LS500. The air works in the rear of the car and through the front defrost of the dash but not in the front. Any idea how to fix? Is it in need of a Lexus update?
Does anybody second generation lexus IS makes a hissing 🐍 noise when turning on FRONT defrost! Like i feel no air coming out but my car still heats up. Is that normal?
My wife has a 2016 NX200 Fsport we took to an auto shop because the front dash AC vents were blowing hot air. The auto shop said the didn’t want to touch it because it was an electrical problem.

No problem with these motors, it’s a manufacturer defect common in toyota and lexus unfortunately.
It needs reprogramming at dealership.

Then few days perfectly work
also same fault
Then I replace servomotor
No need to remove dashboard
