Jamshedpur is one of the most planned and clean cities in India. Those who haven't been to Jamshedpur/Tatanagar, and have a very stereotypical thinking about Bihar/Jharkhand won't get it.
One thing for sure, being a 'good student' is an achievement, skill, priority to get shortlisted. Like most of the individuals who are invited here have atleast once mentioned this fact.
There is a clear location disadvantage when it comes to location. While other colleges are opening, XLRI cannot open campus for students as Jamshedpur has just one hospital which is Tata Memorial Hospital. They are taking full fees and making their students attend lecture online. So remember there will always be a location disadvantage
Stop with your wrong perception, visit jsr first . There are atleast 10 good hospital in here and you can get everything in 10-15 mins be it dishes, instruments ,spare parts etc. The only disadvantage it has is it's airport and for that xl book convinient cabs from ranchi airport to here for company hr's. Stop making perception and start exploring first.
@@kumarprateek238 yeah guys aren't allowed in the girls hostel but girls can go into guys rooms. So it's aight ... with the Academic load and other stuff, you don't even think about these things
@InsideIIM To get a shortlist for an engineer from an Investment banking firm, what are the skills or any courses as such to be present on the resume? Because I have heard we need to have CFA certification to get a shortlist!
Very bindass and straightforward interview. I liked how she kept the conversation lively by her tones. Just need a girl like this with chill attitude to marry.
To the people saying how she could struggle in academics at XL when she cracked the admission process:: Relative grading in the college can wreak havoc because exams are subjective, unlike CAT. The last 5-10% has to fail in every component and everyone being equally competent makes this quite possible for anyone. If you are unable to stay away from the last positions of the class and flunk multiple components of a course, you have a chance to fail the subject. Aaaaand there are no supplementary exams, so if you fail, YOU FAIL. Failing just 2-4 subjects out of ~30 in a year is enough to repeat the year. (Speaking from experience of just passing an accounting course at a different b-school)
comming from engineering background it was easy to crack b schools because b schools love engineering student but what about us from commerce background have to struggle more and more its not an easy for us 😭😭😭😭😭
InsideIIM is doing a fabulous work!! bringing all those who have been successful on one stage is really inspiring for the aspiring students. I whole-heartedly want to be a part of the audience one day.
Congratulations for her success. But she is totally confused about Jamshedpur. Jamshedpur is one of the best city. Because as per the crime data , rape data , anti national thoughts , cleanest , political disturbance and racism is very very low compare the other city. And my last question. She had pass from top college ,but she is doing job instead of started own company . And what she has contribute for our nation??. What she has develop own unique thought instead of copy other thought just like flip kart ??.

Becase MBA is a post graduate degree. You cannot enter directly in XLRi after 12th. If one can do MBA after doing BSc. then why not Btech. Those who can't do well in life generally say things like you. You don't know what's gonna happen after 4 years in college.
@@thefinisher5009 Engineers can do MTech after BTech which is their field. We BBA students are hardly getting any good college for them. The ratio is very less comparing with Engineers. If they want to do Balance sheet, economics, accounts at the end of the day. So what is the use of studying so called mechanical engineering, civil engineering etc.
@@debankurdey9808 This is where "survival of the fittest" comes into play.
