My unasked advice to all those people who are commenting about her arrogance :
First of all I would rather call her bold and straightforward. Be happy that someone from corporate is being so honest and clear. Not everyday do we get to hear from a person who has such a diverse background and that too for free. Most of the people in corporate are sweet talkers and sugarcoaters, so hearing her was refreshing. Thanks to Insideiim.
All of these want people to be soft spoken and lie on their face making them feel good. Y'all wont be able to handle straight forward people and what you call them is arrogant? Haha fair enough for such people.

All those saying she's very arrogant and passing negative comments, my advice to you all is 'try to be a better person yourself'. Even after reading the comments, I didn't really notice any arrogance in her voice or attitude! It really depends on your perspective of seeing the world and appreciating others! ;)

I find her really confident and smart. People saying they don't like her tone and it's irritating maybe are not comfortable with watching a women being dominating. She clearly has a good , responsible dominating personality and is someone who is proud of her achievements.
A guy bragging about his achievements might not have hurt anyone but as soon as a woman who has struggled and yet managed to get a successful life is talking about her stories people call her tone irritating.

People quit ib and consulting as they are tired of not knowing enough, huge job stress and downfall in career. Thats y people take paycut and switch to easier roles. Simple as that.
