I'm glad you found this as useful as I have. Considering it was never used because of that hyper response feel to now being my main controller. I hope others find it as useful as we have and I'd also love to get feedback on everyone's experience/improvements. Love your content brother ❤️❤️
Bro honestly this has changed the controller a lot for me, I’d pick this over the Eswap now, just for the placement of the back buttons. The thing track targets so well compared to what it was, that twitch used to really make me overshoot a lot. I’m thinking of sanding down those latches to have that permanent ring feel 😂. Thanks a lot for sharing this bro, honestly much appreciated!
@@thephototechy definitely share with me the results Im thinking about sanding it down to. Even though we don't really make contact with it. It would just look a lot better Also sanding down the tabs might require another recalibration because it will increase the range of motion just slightly as the sticks touch those tabs while calibrating. It shouldn't change the feel of the controller a substantial amount but you might have to adjust your Outer deadzone slightly.
@@bahgoesthesheep that’s actually a great point, it’ll make the active area slightly larger and might make it even better. I don’t actually kind that small 2-3% minimum deadzone either now. Before it felt the response out of that deadzone was twitchy. Finally I might be able to test the longevity of fusion pro 3 😂
@@thephototechy That minimum deadzone kind of stabilises things. I would only go 2% though as any higher just starts to feel twitchy/inconsistent (for me) Yeah look this controller was the controller that my 13 month old would hold while I'm playing games so the amount those sticks have been chewed and drooled on I'm surprised it actually still works. 🤣 So if this thing lasts close to 2 years I'll take that as a win. Considering my old main controller (victrix gambit) had problems every 3-4 months I'd love to stick with one controller 🤣
Hi, I have a question about the calibration if you're setting your dead zones in modern warfare 3 do you have to set the Dead zone on the controller to match and calibrate it?
Hey bro, so there is a custom firmware method for Kaleid on their website and I noticed it reverted my nexus software to a previous version. Still it didn’t give me another option for an update for the G7. Have you reached out to gamesir at all? And their discord?
@@thephototechy so I wanted to revert to version 6.25 I think it's before a aim update I remember that even the control at 250hz was more linear than now
@@tosinoladele943 hey bro so mine was easy to pry out just by pushing with a finger. Do be careful whilst doing this, as it sounds yours might be a bit too tight.
Hi There , great video. thank you. What would you recommend for EA FC24. I always feel like the left stick is not as responsive. Would appreciate your feedback
Hi bro, are you planning maybe reviewing response curves on stock xbox series controller? It seems to me that they have changed during recent update and feel more like PS analog sticks
Ah bro I haven’t used the standard series controller in a bit, I’ll definitely check out if any resolution change or something else has happened. I’m sure I have one which hasn’t been updated so will be able to check against an updated one.
Yo man, I have a question about the game sir g7 se. when I set the right initial stick range to 5 the X: & Y: don’t stay at 0.00%. It’ll change on its own to a random number like X:0.27% and Y:0.19% but when I set the initial range to 6 the X: & Y: will fix back to 0.00% do you have any idea why this is happening?
I got a problem with my fusion pro 3 so whenever i click the top left paddle during a game sometimes it doesnt respond and sometimes it does and other times it does the action twice even though i just click it once and ive tried to see if it was broken, I went on the app to test it and on the app the paddle is responsive to the B button i assigned it %100 of the time ive tried settings on the game but when i assign another paddle to the B button it works %100 of the time im guessing its a glitch in the paddle in the controller i dont really know any thoughts?
Hey bro I use the bottom left for B and it works flawlessly for me, the top left is usually either left stick or reload for me. I’ll try using the top left for B and see if it’s an issue on mine as well
So I bought this controller but the right trigger is terrible for me and idk until I took of the backside and the trigger piece was broken, and know I don't know how to fix this because the plastic just broke on it.

Hi,

Hello,
is there a way to disable the minimal inner deadzone thr controller has?
Best regards!
This is what I’m after . It has significant inner dead zone that needs to be covered before input registry. Did you figure it out?
Bro, do you know of anyone who knows a way to downgrade the gamesir G7? I researched and found how to do it on the T4, but on Gamesir, I haven't yet.

Hello I have a question. Does G7 SE have same size as regular Xbox controller so any accessories that fit Xbox controller would fit the G7 SE?
definitely not.
Can I do that to both sticks and then put the rings back in? And then adjust the dead zones so that you reach 100% at the very edge?
Hey yes that’s exactly what I did the first time and it definitely helps a bit, and might be all you need to adjust.
