I should not have watched this video, because I LOVE what you created SO much I have spent over $200 buying Brusho pigments, the gelli pad, pigment, dye, and hybrid inks pads, clear stamps, stencils, things to make a stamping tool, acrylic blocks, a Brayer, cards, watercolor paper, blending sponges, watercolor and silver pens. I sincerely hope my cards turn out at least half as good as yours. These are my Christmas and birthday presents to myself.
Wow! I hope you enjoyed the Christmas present and you gave the technique a go or two! Just catching up on messages! If you want to share your projects with Lavinia products, there is a nice facebook group which is full of inspiration: facebook.com/groups/250656292471544
You make everything look so easy. I sit and look at the card for quite a while before I decide what to do. Of course you do this all the time. You are a great teacher.
Yes, it's just a great technique (or group of techniques) that you can repeat over and over again, just swapping colours and stamps and you get amazing results all the time! Right? I love what Tracey does! :)
awesome video! 😍Thank you so much for sharing this, it felt like I was right there with you. 😁Tracey look fantastic and it was another excellent video all together thank you all for sharing
Tracey you re just amazing and so inspiring! Thanks for sharing !! What is the well you have all the water paints in, called. Is it available for purchase? Thanks. Di

Hola Trini!
Hi! 2 main differences: Color box used here are a dye ink: water based, therefore water reactive and translucent (no particular use of translucency in this project, but so you know) Versafine claire, on the other side are pigment inks: they are opaque (again not much relevant here) and they are oil based and therefore waterproof (important feature if after stamping you want to work with more water or with a water based product) I hope that helps. :)
Oh, and colorbox should dry much quicker than versafine, so you could use versafine to emboss (they stay wet for longer) while colorbox may be already dried when you attempt an embossing, so not very useful for that...

Hi Beth, do you mean the paper I use in other videos? Or do you mean something Tracey Lavinia used? If you mean the "smoothy" paper I use, these are only sold by PaperArtsy and probably some of the shops they stock to (normally these shops prefer to stock PaperArtsy stamps, stencils and paints, I have no clue which ones stock their paper as well), so the only links I can provide are the ones to PaperArtsy shop, since I don't know anyone else selling them. There is a regular and a heavy one and when I share a video I try to include the link in the video description if I use it, although I may have forgotten to do it in all... Here are the 2 links: shop.paperartsy.co.uk/smoothy-regular-a4-white-stamping-card-pkt-10-3455-p.asp shop.paperartsy.co.uk/smoothy-heavyweight-a4-white-stamping-card-pkt-10-4209-p.asp I hope this helps!
