They are Robin! They blend best using the tools rather than fingers. The other pastels I use prefer fingers! There’s room for both I suppose. They have lovely pigment. Xx

A stunning card Lisa... beautiful colours and the way you made use of the gaps in the paint at the top to make sunbeams was perfect... that was immediately what I saw and would have done... I am intrigued by the use of pastels to enhance the background colours as well... lovely... thank you... :)

I am always so mesmerized watching you create and, coupled with the background music, totally relaxed. I marvel at the way you seem to think ahead with where you are going with your design; how you "see" what can become of the initial background. Plus NO ONE can complete with the way you use those glitter pens to enhance the scenery! xo

Loved watching this accompanied by the mysterious music. The landscape was beautiful before you added the toadstools, I could imagine Luthien dancing in the rays sifting through the leaves. Well, sold my last card based on your design for charity for 22£ and have been promised 22£ for my next card. So I decided to try this card. So, tomorrow evening I will start. I just need to get the yellow oxide, and some of the pan pastels, especially the permanent red colour. I cannot wait. Your designs are so vibrant and full of power. I love them.

@@inkyblisscreations You're very welcome Lisa. Oh WOW, that's a huge compliment coming from you Lisa. Yes, mojo and confidence is something I am currently lacking. I've got a lot going on in my life at the moment, with having to find and put my Mum into a care home due to her dementia, which was extremely upsetting as she had lived with us for 7 years but I could'nt cope any more. Then it was packing up all her things and sorting out etc. I've now made her bedroom my craft room having used our dining room for all those years. So mojo and confidence is what I need now and you are starting me back on the right track, so many, many thanks for that! I do need to get myself some pan pastels, but finances are tight right now and not too sure where I can get them at a cheaper rate? Everyone seems to be using them, so need to do some sourcing! Once again, many thanks! xxx ❤️❤️❤️
Oh Pauline I know how worrying and stressful all of that is. My partners Mum is going through that too and on top of that fell and broke her hip at the weekend. I wish you well and really hope you get time to yourself to create . We all need to escape to a happy place! Take care. Xx

@@inkyblisscreations totally agree, I love the escapeism. I am slowly collecting some of the products you use, just got some sparkly signio gel pens and some oxide sprays to go with some dylusions. I get very nervous but practicing some of your techniques will hopefully build up my confidence. Thank you so much for your tutorials, they really help me to relax and switch off too .
