IMO, The South has the best cities/metro areas in the nation in terms of quality of life. Greenville/Spartanburg, Charleston, Charlotte, Wilmington, Knoxville, Nashville, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Dallas/Ft. Worth. All consistently outrank metro areas in the Midwest, West, and Northeast in the combination of economy, Buying Power (income vs cost of living), climate, recreational assets, and overall quality of life. Great video as usual.
