Simpsonville is a great place, Clinton , Greenwood, Honea Path , Anderson are all great places to look for affordable places to live. Potential potential!!

Please don't move here, it's ruining small towns and displacing wildlife. Visit, sure it's interesting for a small place but don't move here please.

They are moving here. I wouldn’t say it’s ruining anything. They are spread out all over the upstate.

@@aubree_lewis not where I live it's like a plague and as stated it's displacing wildlife by ruining their habitats

@@kaylarayla_they need to stop suburban neighborhoods from being built and build more apartments and condos. Those hurt the environment morr than anything

@@colbzyk2128 Ours is majority apartments/townhomes/"lofts" and they're awful they've taken away so many habitats. We live near a highway and just saw a coyote the other morning and we've never seen one here in the five years we've lived in this spot. We've also seen bears and an influx of skunks, racoons, possum, and deer. To tear down a forest for some ugly apartments, lofts, townhomes etc is just unfathomable to me.
