I like to ask you a few questions myself. My husband and I have been looking into East Tennessee but we have been talking about moving somewhere with a bit more warmer winter months. I said maybe upper SC would be the place. Now we both are 46 and 48 years old and no kids of our own. What town would you recommend that is not very close to neighbors but spread out a bit. Nice decent drive is fine like you mentioned Greenville which seems to be a nice place to shop and eat to drive to.
Great question...thanks for checking out my videos. If you want a little "elbow room" between you and neighbors, I'd look at Northern Greenville County (Travelers Rest, Marietta, Tigerville) and northern Greer (often called Blue Ridge). Additionally, you might look at Pickens County, which is to the northwest of Greenville. All of these areas would fit the bill and give you easy access to shopping and restaurants.
I'm looking to get out of the upstate soon been here my whole life. I'm actually looking at East Tn Bristol area. If your'e looking for more peace and quite and less crime east tn all day long.
@@orgrichard crime for one is high, run down areas in the city. County is rural. All cities have its good and bad you're right. it has potential starting to clean up what's attractive about it. What's thec problem with Greenville. People knocking Greenville.Greenville has really shown change. Been to Spartanburg too many times city areas mostly except Westgate mall ares,, Pine Street okay. Boiling Springs rd showing changes. Downtown is starting to revitalized. What I mean by hell hole it looks old and rundown not hideous I was just agreeing with the first co me t
It depends on what you are looking for and your desired price point. Greer is a great option for its proximity between Greenville and Spartanburg along with great access to shopping, dining and recreation.
Greenville has a lot of job offerings that are constantly changing/updating! If you would like help with your job search, I'm sure we could help get you in touch with the right people.
Hey Keller , really nice video! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your video to reach to a wider audience ?
Simpsonville is a terrible place. Don't move here. In fact, the whole upstate is full, stay away.

Yes❤
Spartanburg is no more of a hellhole than Greenville.
@@colettewilliams3575 greenville has much more a major makeover compared to Spartanburg. SPARTANBURG starting to do so
Spartanburg has it advantages and disadvantages like all cities but what makes it a “hell hole”?

Check out Aiken, SC. Quaint little town. Away from Greenville but a nice place to live. Go there. I’ll pay for the gas.
@alcamerc9923 - the crime rate in Aiken is not good.
Simpsonville is full.
Great video! Which would you recommend to a recently retired couple?

Would love to move but need to see what admin/customer service jobs are available. Wonder if a video could be done on that.
