at their very best was without a doubt the best sound and most technologically choreographed show I've ever seen. I saw it twice, one from the very back, and once in the pit and both sounded just as incredible
I've been to a few shows and by far still at their very best was the best sounding especially with how dynamic their songs are. Super informative, love it!
Got the chance to mix Polly and Gabi a few weeks ago when they popped into the University I do some work for and let me say - those two alone provided so much texture to my mix that I was starting to really wonder how gigantic the whole 1975 operation is - this video does not disappoint!
I'm excited to see what this channel becomes! If it's more content like this it'll soon become a favourite channel, beautiful stuff please make some more!
I’m a big fan of Chandler gear but when it comes to preamps I like to keep everything stage side and transport it to FOH via fibre. We have great results with the SD Racks with 32-bit cards! We actually used a Curve Bender as our stereo EQ for the PA! Unfortunately we ran out of time that day to talk about some of the other things we were using..
Unfortunately not this time around! Hope to make more of these videos about tours we’re working on if people find them interesting so will dive into monitors, backline and system engineering too
When I saw the 1975 it literally changed my outlook on how good a band can and should sound.
seen them towards the tail end of the tour, it might have been one of the best sounding gigs I've ever been to. This man knows what he is doing

Dudes like this that are both so technical and creative are so inspiring to me
Love how he really gets the studio sound live with the outboard gear, and he's really clever and smart about it. They always have amazing live sound.
GEEKING SO HARD THAT THIS VIDEO EXISTS incredible work thank you.
Their live shows always sound superb. such a great rig and a great engineer!
The 1975 really had the best live sound I've ever experienced. It was crazy! It was a pure joy. Thanks for the AWESOME work!
I saw 3 shows on this tour and all 3 were some off the best sounding shows I’ve been too. Hats off to you and the crew.
First saw the band in Saint Anne’s Park Dublin last year, sounded amazing especially for an outdoor gig. Thanks for sharing

Well done Lee, you've gotten to exactly where you always wanted to be.

Lee the king!! Saw the show in Madrid and sounded so good!
i also went to the Madrid show was amazing loved it so much
Sooo sick. Definitely interested in how they run their keys and tracks. So many timed parts and specific changes in such a dialed show.
Absolutely superb video!! Informative but concise with just the right balance between low level detail and high level overview. Spot on!!!!
I've been waiting for this) Thanks to everyone involved.
Have been waiting for one of these since catching the syd and akl shows - phenomenal production value!!
Thank you!
Loving this content! Definitely looking forward to more !
Thank you for sharing!
So sick! I went to a show on this tour, and it’s definitely in my top 3 sounds i've heard live.
Thank you! What a dream rig!

So sick, dude!!
I don't understand any of it but am invested! 😂 Love these bts vids ❤🎉😍
Thanks!!!!!
An excellent video on an incredible engineer
Thanks for sharing this. So rad to see some concepts in action
What a legend for sharing this, well interesting stuff
Interesting stuff, especially the compressor use.
great rig. interesting, their latest record relied so heavily on the chandler tg preamp, but that's nowhere to be seen in the live rig!
Mannn get out from under the hood 🤣🤣 we can’t afford to be repairing chandlers on the road
What about repairing all that other gear on the road? Or is the chandler preamp the only viciously unreliable piece of gear with a hefty price tag?

Unfortunately not this time around!

Sounds like Lee needs a Rivage
Thought the same thing when he said he wishes he could have Silk everywhere haha
