    Since uploading I've found out that the challenge actually originated from a climber called Orrin Coley. So credit to him for the origin of the challenge

    Bro, you're in good shape. Not great shape like Magnus (few mortal men are), but don't sell yourself short! Normal fellas don't do 20 pullups for their max
    Also, thanks for posting the video. You've motivated me to try it out!

    Hello bro , i watched your video about the muscle up . i can do 15 pull ups and 20 straight bar dips . the only probleme i face is the transition and getting the chest over the bar and also i do 10 explosive pull ups but nothing happened . any suggestions that can help me to get my first muscle up ?

      You've 100% got the strength for it, the best exercise I would suggest is negative muscle ups.
      So start at the top of the dip, then do negative of the muscle up as slowly as you can. Really helps with the transition phase that does

      @@Swithers many videos says that negative muscle ups aren't effective but does it really help and how many reps should i do every setion ?

      @@khlgaming36 From my experience they really did help, more to get the motion of the muscle up that to build strength.
      I wouldn't do loads of reps of negatives, rather use them to kind of 'warm up' into the movement, then maybe use banded muscle ups to do large numbers of reps
