- Apparently, this gymnastics ring routine is supposed to give me a Greek God physique in 12 weeks. Follow along to see progress throughout this whole workout plan
It's an 8-12 week workout plan mostly using gymnastics rings and entirely using bodyweight exercises

It is from Bodyweight tribe. I have no affiliation with them, just wanted a workout routine for the next few weeks/months

Thank you for the warmup bit, many youtubers skip it completely because they take it for granted. When just starting people might forget that a proper warmup can lower the risk of many injuries significantly. And watching you do it gives an idea of how to go about it. Good job

Add a lower body day and turn it into a PPL
Leg Day
A1. Pistol squat progressione 4x4-15
- 3" rest
B1. Sissy squat 4x10-20
B2. Leg raises 4x6-15
- 90' rest
C1. Nordic Curla 4x4-10
C2. Plank 4xmax
- 90' rest

Warm up those wrists,elbows as well .
I do religiously warm up my wrists and elbows, as I have an old injury affecting my right elbow. Just doesn't look very interesting on video that's all

Hew Swithers, what does the "Split" in the Workout routine mean? It's the column that has A1, B1 etc next to the exercises.
That part is labeled really confusingly. It's just the order of the exercises, A being the first with E being the last.
Honestly not sure why they labeled them so confusingly. Could have just called them "exercise 1, exercise 2... etc "

What do you do for legs I only see push and pull?
Not training legs specifically at the moment. Just running and cycling for them. This program is only for upper body
