I've been watching you since 2 days and your style of exploration interests me to watch your sekiro playthrough. The following are some tips which can help you (I'll try not to spoil you):- There are some bosses left like the spear guy in ashina reservoir, there are a total of 5 headless, 4 of which can be fought in areas you have already seen before and there are 3 shichimen warriors. Also, you can watch videos regarding the endings and the location of headless and shichimen warriors as they are easy to miss Endings:- There are 4 endings total and require different choices and some specific items to get. Also, there is a secret hirata section other than lady butterfly which is easily missable. You may have heard the boss but just after you fight a large ape, talk more and eavesdrop with kuro, Emma and sculptor as they will lead you to other endings. Please note that you do these before obtaining mortal blade, shelter stone and lotus of the palace. Quest lines (some of them can be unlocked after using dragons blood droplet at a sculptor's idol):- 1. The shopkeeper near chained ogre has 3-4 tasks for you which rewards you in end game. 2. The shamisen tune guy near the well we were kept in has a quest in which we just interact with him. 3. Please give a white pinwheel to kotaro near the start of sempou temple 4. The questline for the doctor in the abandoned dungeon does not reward us so we can skip that 5. The blackhat badger quest line can be continued after using dragons blood droplet and then buying all the stuff. During the quest line, you will once see him somewhere in sempou temple which indicates that his questline is about to end
Also, youll get a boss later at 32:50 and at 35:07 you need to track back at the monkey booze area to find a hidden path to get to the top of the statue (it is imp as it has prayer bead)

I was actually thinking of looking up how to get the best ending so thank you for the tips, unfortunately i've already recorded up to getting the ingredients and beating Owl... is it too late to do the eavesdropping and other steps for the good ending? I hope i didn't lock myself out of it :/

You have fought some of them! Lady Butterfly and Genichiro are two of my favorites, and it is hard to pick between them.
