Assuming the crafting system also works as normal, the upside to playing as a zombie seem to be mostly when playing in zombie apocalypse mode. But then it's a game chnager for sure. Actually even without the crafting system being functional too.

Awesome. glad to hear you're enjoying the games. I really don't see why you couldn't unlock the zombies and renegades though, it should work just like the other 2 factions. You might want to check out my video on Escape from pripyat, it's a mod collection for anomaly that, I personally believe, is the best stalker experience you can have :)

Yeah I did. It's more or less the only game where you play as the zombie that's any good. I had a craving for such a game a long time ago and Stubbs was the only one so yeah I played it a lot :D
I was using some starting gear mod that adds more options. I'm not sure which one it was i was a long time ago. I recommend getting Escape From Pripyat the modpack it will have pretty much anything you'd ever want for Anomaly :)
i do not get faction relations yet, wasn't Hip raped by Freedom peeps? Does she shoot them or nah since she is part of Loner group? and damn, United Nations group is just enemy of all factions there?
Yes on both accounts. If you want to play as the UNSIG group you have to use disguises, fix some loner or ecologist armour and make sure to use ecologist guns, don't sprint and you should be able to get anywhere you want. As for Hip I think she's way overrated but I'm a Merc at heart so :P She is a loner and as far as I know, friendly with freedom.
I wonder if this mode is kind of a easter egg/reference to SoC secret zombified on Yantar... To spawn them you need to disable the switches in the brain lab in certain order, I don't remember which exact but not the point. They have animations of a regular stalkers, just without running. No shambling around like regular ones, just walking and shooting. Plus you could roleplay as zombified who regained his conscience. I'm curious if you (with help of the disguise of course) can change your faction to loners, for example. In that way you can play it like regular stalker and go to the Monolith to make a wish - get your memories back. Well, there's no actual "wish" that can do that but you can, on top of that whole roleplay thing, make an "immortality" wish and become a truly zombified zombie. Damn I wish I could do series of that sort but my PC is not that good and I my charisma is -8. Or you could just edit few scripts, add an extra dialogue and all it does is fill your pda library. Plus it would spawn psy-field near you so you die due to the "knowledge" Indiana Jones style... Sorry, this rant is probably too long 😅 Thanks for the content, you're great :)

I'm not sure you can unlock the zombie faction like that I think it's just sin and isg but yes you are correct. As far as the gear mod honestly it's been so long I don't remember I think I may have tweaked that personally, nowadays I use the EFP modpack and that comes preinstalled with mostly everything I want loadout mod included

BAS and tacticool scopes, oh and the loner reanimation for vanilla weapons. A lot of people use Provaks mod and yeah it has like 100000 guns, it's cool but not all of them are of the same quality which annoys me. It's like a guessing game, some a super high quality in textures and animations, others are more like the original game. too big of a difference for me so I don't use it. That and Provak's mod doesn't play nice with all the scopes in the game so I can't really recommend it. Others I mentioned are 11/10 though :)
In this particular video I'm not sure it was some time ago, but right now I am using the Escape From Pripyat modpack and I cannot recommend it enough. I also added aggressor reshade and Hollywood FX to it
I'm trying to join the monolith after I accidentally killed one of radiation stalker and I'm a loner and trying to join monolith but are they not going to kill me if I try to get in their territory? Can someone answer my question
@@JuggernautSPQR From what i have heard, if you get a armor from the faction u want to disguise as. Lets say military, u kill a military guy and repair his armor as much as u can. Then u put a military patch on it and u should be good, just dont be in the same place too long.
@@mythicalumut6174 Yeah I tried that with loners and tried to talk to wolf in rookie village but he shot me as soon as I got close. And I had the right armour gun and helmet fully repaired.
@@kris7627 And also if you want to add some mods to Anomaly you can find them on the same page, or, what I recommend, go to the Escape from pripyat discord server and download the modpack, it's a bit complicated to install but they have a tutorial, maybe after you get familiar with the base Anomaly game :) it's honestly the most fun RPG/FPS I've played in my life, bloody amazing :D
I'm sorry but I don't actually remember what mod I used for the gear when I made this video. I play EFP now and that comes with a gear mod, sorry I can't be of more help :( you can search for starting gear mods on moddb theres not too many of them.
I like how despite being a zombified stalker, you still have more friends than an average renegade soldier.

I don't think there is a way to join, you'd have to start a new game as a monolith character.
You could disguise as a Monolith soldier, go to their leader and perhaos join them? Im not sure. But this works with other factions.

Make sure you have English us set as your pc language and that you typed it correctly.

You can enable it in the game settings, no need for a mod, modded minimaps are just differently styles of the frame
does playing and a zombie grant immunity to blowouts, psi storms and rad resist?
