About two years ago, I crocheted a cardigan vest based on a 90s Hysteric Glamour piece. There were many cool designs that incorporated lace and colourwork. I didn't copy it exactly, but it was so rewarding to know that I can dupe designer knit and crochet pieces. Love watching your process❤
You can knit socks two at a time with magic loop (on a really long cord)--that's how I get over the dread of doing two of the same thing! It's really only like making one thing when you do it like that.
that's on my to-do list of knitting goals for 2024! i keep trying to make socks and so far i've only made three separate socks, none of which are paired. :') fingers crossed i can finally get past the fiddly cast on.
