It’s called a stink ginger you can order from old mate that makes them online. 😉

@@FreqElite you put a lure scent you like into the foam so it soaks in. Then you close the box over a lure and it puts the scent onto you lure with no mess or waste

He’s been a big fan of em for a while now. Interesting that he’s also trying out new makes and models. I’ll have to get him to share his thoughts in an upcoming vid.

It's called a Stinkfinger scent applicator. I've seen them on ebay but if you google it I'm sure you'll find a range of places to choose from 👍

Hey when I catch a flathead In the boat I put a wet towel or some wet rag over them and use that to grab them and pick them up and has always worked well untill the lure gets tangled in it but no biggy

I love fishing
Redfish, trout ect aren’t strong fish, thin gauge hooks work great. Aussie fish destroy hooks that is unfortunately bad for hook points deformation Makes slim swimZ 2.5 1/4 ounch heavy gauge less effective although they still catch meter plus flathead fish consistently but less bream. I do prefer to catch a 48cm plus bream over a meter plus flathead any day
I've got some lures I reckon you would froth for flatties. Let me know I'll send you a couple to try out

@@mylurebox 65 mm in pond colour got my first 1055mm. At coin island. Big flattie love the island rock out crops helps to have alot of herring in area fished..

I've never had too much success on the Holt prawns. I find them really stiff with very little action, it's like throwing a dead weight. Any tips?
What you said is kind of true, I do think the action is a tiny bit stiff. However, I have tried holt prawns and they work really well on flathead. Hopping them aggressively then pause could entice the fish. I haven't yet seen a scenario where other lures can catch fish while the holt prawns can't.
Thanks Lucas ;) my thoughts too. These are legit one of my favourite estuary lures. Aggressive sharp rips does the trick
@@mylurebox New sub, love your content & mindset to so many different lure applications. You are making an older slacker keen again. I believe sometimes on a semi tight line dropping that prawn down at a 45 degree angle makes those legs work exceptionally well & vibrate in a life like manner. My theory anyway. Just watched a vid on skip casting & am determined to learn that technique. Those patches of flatty are the males hanging around a female i believe.
