The problem with them using the poll is the second question, when the question is who supports climate change of course the number is up. The second question is, "Of those who support reversing and repairing climate change, who will support these types of action?"

I love how so many people do not realize all the items made from oil and gas. They do not realize that people will be thrust back into the dark age with people hunting and farming by hand to feed themselves. There will be no vehicles on the road at all. The renewables are not ready to take over 100% of the energy load. The technology is just not there yet. And the wind turbines and solar panels are a recycling nightmare. If we all live like the Amish maybe we can stop using oil.

Fossil fuels will always be needed. Balancing it with renewable energy is important, but only if it is done carefully and not rushed without proper planning and execution.

But if the Government were so foolish as to grant their present demand, in no time they would find another demand and be back on the street stopping traffic again (eg "Just Stop Coal"). They will effectively have become an unelected part of government. So there is no point in granting their first demand. But the Government knows this, so they will never get what they want.

I was under the impression that it was illegal to be on the motorway as a pedestrian unless there is an emergency, so what on earth are law enforcers doing. If you or I stepped on the motorway we would be in the back of a police car in 5 minutes and then charged!!!!. Utterly disgraceful that nothing is done.
