      What color do they have to be to know if they're ripe? Are they supposed to taste like a vomish? I bought one from Aldi, and I hated the taste. The seeds are very spicy.

  • @Elheln
    @Elheln ปีที่แล้ว +7

    You should change the title or delete this video. As a gastroenterologist:
    1. No juice will cure from Candida or parasites
    2. Go to a doctor if you have parasites in your body!!! Only specific medication will help! Proper treatment will treat you faster and reduce the risk of infecting others.
    3. Juices alone will not improve your gut microbiota (not microbiome, please read before you use this terminology). You need prebiotics that will feed the probiotics in your gut. Saying that only juices will improve gut microbiome is simply false.

    Good info and thanks for the recipe but helpful (not hateful) critique: all that posturing to show off your body. Why??? We can tell you’re in healthy shape without all that. Thanks for the good video

    Why do they say to stay away from fruits if you have parasites? Is this true or is this a meat eater thing to say?

      that's new....never heard this one before. sounds ridiculous. people get parasites from animals, not from fruits.
