Sri Lanka can’t avoid the Indian influence. From Buddhism, from Sanskrit,,Pali, music, raag thaal, architecture, in fact, the whole of Sri Lanka = 90 INDIAN CULTURE. 😂😂😂😂 😊. Now, I have observed by watching TH-cam videos about SL, it’s more BOLLYWOOD culture. A little bit of WESTERN CULTURE as well. 😂😂 However, the slogan is “” We’re a Sinhala Buddhist Country “” . They forget that Lord Buddha was born a Hindu,and Buddhism was sent to SL by King Asoka of INDIA. 😂😂. When they’re in trouble, Buddhists go to Hindu temples and pray to Hindu gods and goddesses. 🎉🎉🙏☮️. Peace be to all and sundry. Respect and acknowledgment of Indian influence is of great importance to the frog in the well mindset of the Sinhala people. Sorry if I’ve offended anyone. 🎉😂
It's true Lord Buddha was born as a hindu. And the same time Lord Buddha rejected God supremacy. May be you have misled by someone.Not all the Buddhists go to Hindu temples when they are in trouble. It's true Indian culture and philosophies are spread all the continent. But, it doesn't not mean all your neighbor countries doesn't own their own unique culture. A Kind remind 🤗
