Maple Syrup Season | Sap Collecting & Pulling Taps

Another day another gallon...of syrup! It was a good season, when the sap ran, it really ran. Which meant we didn't have to gather as many days, but that also means long nights of boiling.

I do miss sugaring. I still have everything (land, trees and all the equipment) except a Sugar House.
