In an old Sims 3 save my sim tried for baby with his wife and got her pregnant. 2 hours later he got abducted by aliens and came home pregnant. They gave birth a few hours apart. I dressed up the girls like twins. One of the craziest things I experienced in the Sims.

Me too. I actually hate occult’s so I don’t have magic expansions. But aliens feel like a Sims staple and I love them.
I feel like that's one of ts2 's most charming characteristics, that it has a nice balance between realistic and unrealisitc. Also ts3. Unlike ts4, they dont feel like kids games despite the outrageous fantasy elements. Like my little pony, how to train your dragon or game of thrones, they all have idk dragons, but have drastically different moods
I had a save in sims 4 where the family got abducted ALL the time. Started out with a single male, ended up pregnant 5 or 6 times. Same with his son and grandson (while they lived with him). Had to become a scientist solely to build the antenna to avoid Alien abduction. They never slept, always got abducted.
Wow, that's crazy!! I've always struggled in Sims 4 to get abducted, but I think there was a time after GTW came out that they were much more common!

That is nuts. I had mods to increase chances, tried consistently to get abducted. There was one single instance where I saw a townie get beamed up, but I not even once had played sim get abducted. Got the dlc day one. Don't know how I could be so incredibly unlucky.
Yeah, I had it happen to a vampire just minding his business out at night as they do and maybe natural glitch or maybe because I had a few mods he got pregnant and had a vampire alien glitch baby. Didn’t think of trying to cheat off one of his occult statuses, just sent him back sadly. Wanted to keep him tho.
Was this a long time ago? I know some years ago in the sims 4 there was a bug that abductions kept happening (there was another one where everyone was having twins too that was unrelated) and EA ended up patching it. Nowadays I have to use the abduction cheat to force one when I really want an alien baby lol
Sims 3 aliens are my favorite. I really like how you can "send it back to the homeworld" if you don't want to raise them, and how it's treated like suspicious weight gain.
I love how they do it in Sims 3 too! The only thing I don't like is that the baby isn't a hybrid so doesn't get any of your Sim's genes.
@@PleasantSims Unfortunately that's because hybrids in Sims 3 are coded to lose the alien abilities, so I'm guessing that they're hardcoded to be fully alien at birth so you're guaranteed to have a playable alien since they have tons more unique interactions compared to the Sims 2.

I guess it was bcs internet laws and unspoken rules were less strict back then since the internet wasn't as present in everyday life as it is now (it was still very much present ofc, but kids usually played tag or smth instead of fortfight when hanging out w/friends yk?) I'm sure regular real life uterine pregnancy would be rated idek explicit in a couple of years smh

I remember when I was first playing sims 2, I wouldn’t let my sims use the telescope because I was scared for them to get abducted by aliens. I thought there was a chance they wouldn’t come back because of what happened to Bella Goth 😂

They probably say they're having a baby but don't mention that THEY are the one having a baby, just leave it up to the boss' interpterion.
I have a little theory about that. The maternity leave doesn’t occur in Sims 3, while it does in Sims 2. As we probably all know by now, in canon, Sims 3 takes place 50 years before Sims 2. My theory is that within the 50 years, it’s happened often enough that, while still unlikely, it’s not considered too absurd, and so alien pregnant men are given the leave.

I'm a bit freaked out because the ONLY time I ever got an alien pregnancy in TS3, the pregnant dude was Cristopher Steele. His wife was a ghost hunter and I'm pretty sure he was pregnant at the same time as she was. His alien kid was evil, all of their kids were named after elements, for some reason, and I think I quit playing that save because I realised I could've been naming them after famous ghosts instead XD Good times. His cow print PJs haunt me, but I also low-key want them.

One thing tho. I was just chilling playing with my sims in Roaring Heights in sims 3. My sims is about to propose to his boyfriend when suddenly the interaction got cancelled and he was abducted by aliens. How rude of them.

My simself's Fiance was abducted the night before the wedding, and ended up pregnant.
The alien's father was an old man who I eventually added to the household.
Does anyone else remember that when aliens were first added to Sims 4, an alien x human couple could try for baby and have one, the other, or both get pregnant?
They patched it out because players complained about too many babies, but I loved it.

For some reason younger me loved alien pregnancies in the sims 2. Those had the most intresting sim stories.

The first time I had an alien baby in the Sims 3 I was shocked, because I just didn't understand that my sim was pregnant. They made it so unobvious to players who don't know that thing can happen and I love it that sims don't know it either until they hold an alien baby in their arms. And them being full alien is awesome, too.
If the pregnant male in the sims 3 just get fat, I wonder what happens to a sim whose fatness is maxed out, like, would he get even fatter? Or it just says he gets fatter when he doesn't? Does it glitch and make him skinny. I don't need sleep, I need answers.
my guess is the second one. there's no further morph for the sims and their clothing, unless you're playing with mods, and I don't think it's likely to end up with an overflow into being skinny again
I always send my sims 4 pregnant sims to the hospital to get the birth certificate, I love that the one for aliens looks so different!
I love that they have no clue in what's going on with them in Sims 3+4 also I really love the disguises aliens can have

When Aliens were first introduced in Sims 4, the chance for abduction was ridiculously high, my sims always got abducted, it was kind of annoying. But I think they overcorrected it, because now my sims never get abducted unless I try to make it happen. I liked it better in the previous games, where, even though you could influence it to make it more likely, it could just happen randomly. But that's an issue that I have with Sims 4 in general: Nothing just randomly happens to your sims, unless you make it happen. I prefer when the game throws something unexpected in my way and I have to work with it, not micromanage every aspect of my sims' stories, but kinda let their lives take their course.
Same! Even though I do like to micromanage some aspects of my sims' lives, I also really want unexpected things to happen! That's really realistic and it gets boring to just decide every single thing yourself all the time, that's just not how real life works usually. I liked how TS2 and 3 just threw random stuff at you.
The alien stuff and general neon green color will always feel like such a quintessential Sims2 thing to me... I miss those quirky vibes lol!
My Christopher Steel actually was impregnated too. He had a girl and named her Andromeda. I was trying to see how many generations of mixing with humans it would take for the baby to look fully human again. After 3 or 4 generations the save became unplayable and I never found out. 😞 Sims 3 alien pregnancy will be my fave for ever.

I remember when I first time was playing with Curious family I was so surprised about all this alien pregnancy. And I came to my mom and just said that in my game some male sim was pregnant!

I find it weird that in the sims 4 if you choose to send the baby back to its home world, that all relationships with it are severed. You can literally FLY to Sixam in the sims 4???? I think a better way it could've been implemented is the sim would be greyed out. Like you wouldn't be able to click on the alien baby icon in the relationship panel, but if you built the skill levels to build the rocket, and if you flew to Sixam you could like see them walking around Sixam or something
Yeah, that would've been so much better. Then you could have a little story where you and your alien baby could reunite and you could find out that they're your child or smth

I love the ability to have a disguise in TS4. One thing that I feel the Sims 4 does better than the other games is that the supernatural packs don't completely take over to the point where it can kind of get in the way of the realistic gameplay.

I like the ability to have a disguise too, but I think it could be so much better, considering the expected evolution over the years... in Sims 2, aliens don't do anything different, they are only a little bit "smarter" in the sense that they do learn faster. Well idk if that's really true, just a sense I had in my gameplays... in Sims 4, aliens can do some things, but nothing special. And Syxam could also be so much better!! It's just a stupid planet with nothing different.
In the sims 3 my explorer sim came back from going abroad and he had space rocks in his inventory, so he was abducted not once but TWICE. He was abducted and then traveled again and when he got home again he was immediately abducted again! I guess them aliens looooved his space rocks 👀👀
I remember when i played the Curious family in TS2 for the first time when I was young.... I got so terrified by the abduction cut-scene AND the pregnancy of Pascal! I closed the game and never entered the lot again until last year 😂

I remembered when I first played it as a child and didn't realize Pascal was pregnant, I thought he was just chubby, and I so distinctly remember watching him eat pizza on the counter and being like "haha maybe go easy on the junk food" and then... boom, there was a baby. I think I named her Lilly.

You know, the fact that a Sim and an alien are genetically compatible has some interesting implications.
I mean if human society achieved intergalactic travel, and we found a planet of creatures technologically inferior to us, who were genetically compatible with humans, do we know for sure that some less scrupulous scientists wouldn't abduct the ones that looked female (regardless of who actually carried babies in their world) and attempt to impregnate them with human babies to see what would happen?

I had to laugh at the fact that you used Christopher Steele as the Sims 3 guinea pig, because in my game he's the step-dad to my alien sims.

I got a alien baby once in the sims 2, she was a knowledge sim, and wanted to become a witch and then later a vampire, hybrids are strange.

My game seems to only give me purple alien babies :( there's a few different colors and I wish there was more than one pollinator. Having a randomization of aliens would be fun :) I hope they do a refresh for get to work like you mentioned in another video.
Not an abduction, but once I was playing with a single witch sim in Sims 3, and I couldn't find her a partner, so I paired her up with this alien who kept coming around her house. One of the funnest families I played. They had two kids, one green and one with their mom's skintone. The alien was a sculptor.
You get an alien bassinet if you go to the hospital and come home without already having a bassinet
Something that wasn't mentioned here is that in The Sims 4, female sims can also give birth to alien babies! I have a household where my female sim who is employed as a Scientist was abducted FOUR times throughout her life and came back pregnant every time!
Hmm...according to the Sims wiki "Only males will return with a 25% chance of alien pregnancy, while females will only receive the moodlet." I wonder if there's a mod making it possible. Or it's possible the Wiki is wrong, but I've never had a female pregnant. That's awesome that you did!
@@PleasantSims It's a setting in MC Command Center. The wiki is correct.
@@Zachopotamus I've never had MC command center and my female sim got abducted twice and got pregnant both times. I had the satellite on for contacting aliens. I invited her boyfriend to come live with her to help take care of the kids and he got abducted and had twins. I had to get rid of the satellite.
@@chanelise7894 Then you must've had some kind of bug because females aren't supposed to get pregnant from it. If they were, the MC Command Center setting wouldn't be needed.

Once in the sims 3 my sim was arguing with his girlfriend because she cheated and right before he kicked her out he was interrupted by aliens abducting him lol
I had alien pregnancy on the sims 3 like... Once in 2016 or something 😂

I had such trouble getting an alien abduction in the sims 3 (Trying to recreate the Sims 2 sims, from the base game, by the way), and suddenly, Dirk almost got abducted by aliens. I immediately used a cheat to add the alien to the household, move him out, rename him Pol Tech 9 Smith and used him to have Lola, Chloe, Johnny and Jill. Lola and Chole in this version aren't half siblings to Jenny, Pascal, Vidcond and Lazlo, but their cousins. So the twisted family tree is still intact, sort of.
When i was a kid i always turned my screen off because i was so scared that someone will see the birth cut scene of male sims. My little cousin always loves watch her sims get abducted by aliens in the sims xD and then she says i have to do that over and over again xD
This unlocked a memory of mine! I always used to turn off my screen when my sims did woohoo because I was scared my parents might walk in 🤣🤣

I love aliens in ts4, the disguise, the special abilities, their own planet you can visit... Alien abduction is cool in ts2 but aliens themselves are just normal Sims looking a bit different.
Don't alien kids learn things waaay faster in sims 2? I have this memory of a freaking genius alien girl and that triggered me to want lots of alien babies 😂

13:33 I once had a vampire give birth to an “alien” baby and got the alien bassinet, but the baby was a vampire with no alien traits.
Well, the Sim wasn’t a vampire anymore he was a Spellcaster now. I think him once being a vampire screwed it up.

my sim literally went outside to "discover anomaly" and i was like NO NOO but i couldnt cancel it and didnt want to cheat. he came back pregnant lol
I always liked how in the sims 4 that’s the occult sims have alternate disguises to hide their identity, imagine if that feature was in the sims 2 or 3, itd be so much more fun I feel like
if the alternate disguises had meaningful pros and cons I think I'd play around with them more. The alien has the embarrassed moodlet when someone finds out they're an alien but it's not enough imo, and there are 0 repercussions for keeping the disguise on all the time, or for having the scary vampire dark mode out. I think if the alien disguise resulted in loads of discomfort if it's on for too long, and being out and about as an alien made people scared or something, it'd be a lot more interesting and not result in me either playing with the disguise on constantly or alien mode constantly

I just like to see the natural you, and I hope you feel more comfortable this way. I know you were afraid of being judged but on the contrary I think your hair is cute on you
my god i was playing for days in the sims 4 to get the alien baby(idk, always had a huge love for them, espc in sims 2). He got abducted so many times but never got pregnant. Then suddenly he was, and not long after i had another offspring. Then when the first alienbaby grew up- he also had alien babies, a set of twins. Lol, i kinda need to visit this family soon srsly.
I use Mc Command Center to set chance of pregnancy to 100%! I want my abductees getting pregnant!

Kinda sad you didn't show the labour notif, I think the title was something like "Imminent Close Encounter", and I know the description was "Whatever it is, it's about to come out!", and I think it's hilarious. Like they're going "I have no idea what's going on, but I know it's go time! Somebody help! 😱😱 " I always imagine the panic they're feeling and it makes me crack up 😆 I know, evil.
(Imma go on a ramble here and talk about my own game, feel free to skip)
I use MCCC to make it so both sexes can become impregnated; in my mind they're not really pregnant, but more like hosts to a parasite like in Alien, the "pod" planted somewhere inside their abdomen and latching onto the host's blood supply, and as such they can only safely give "birth" in the hospital, to surgically remove the fully grown spawn, because natural birth would mean the death of the parent/host.
I had a story going where a Secret Agent was abducted and impregnated (while high as a kite 😆 one way or another it sure was an interesting "trip"), and his decision to go down the "evil" path came about because no one in his workplace ever noticed anything wrong about their boss walking around heavily pregnant (twice!), and he grew disenchanted with their incompetence, when their entire job was to notice such things. I was not ready for the second batch of alien babies to be triplets, oh boy 😂😂 that took some navigating to scrouge up enough money over weeks to build enough bedrooms and bathrooms for them all 😂😂 at least by then the eldest was a child and able to help a bit.
I honestly really love the supernatural and outlandish side of the Sims series 😹 I have an addiction to making all my sims immortal and occult LOL

What I like in Sims4 pregnancy is posibility of wearing regular clothes. In some of them belly looks so cute, and some of clothes on the other hand makes sim look huuuge. I like this wariety of choice.
Something I’ve been wondering about ever since the relevant update, if you used gender customisation when making a Sim, what determines if they get alien pregnant? Does the pregnancy setting work in reverse for alien pregnancies, so Sims with “Can get others pregnant” are the ones who are impregnated? Or is it a different setting?
I was wondering about that as well! I might test it out with like 4 different sims or something, might take a while tho haha
I had a glitched Save where the husband was abducted, came back knocked up, and the twins were full alien. However, when you looked at their family tree their mother was the wife. They still had the "born from alien abduction" thing.

Get to Work was my first expansion, and then I bought Outdoor Retreat, had a "rags to riches" family and both the dad and the youngest son kept getting pregnant (they both worked as scientists) as I was playing another family! I remember one day checking up on them and I was quite shocked seeing two children, two teens, a baby and a young adult alien in the family LOL!
But my favorite is Sims 2, absolutely. The cutscene and the way they massage their butt when landing cracks me up every time
i have a personal preference for the alien babies in TS4 (because of how the genetics are mixed pretty well, at least in my experience), but have recently been playing TS2 and i like the abduction process a bit more in that game. i feel like if there was a splice of the abduction process from TS2 and the genetic mix from TS4 when it comes to alien babies would be really fun to see implemented in future games!!
One of my favorite story lines I played in the Sims 2 was when Don had an alien baby and then moved in with Nina and Dina and they all raised the baby together 🥰
The chance of the dance sphere abduction in Sims 2 isn't so small. I had it happen to my sims pretty often. But the sim has a chance to get abducted from the dance sphere only if they were abducted through a telescope at least once before.
I wish Sims 4 had cutscenes! They look so cool! Also, great video as always Cindy 💙

I recently remembered a house with a very deep basement and two coffins at the bottom, there was literally no mention of it anywhere online and I couldn’t even remember which version of the sims it was from (I’ve played since the first). I’ve since found out it was the house of the fallen trees, where the Tricou family live, and their history is pretty interesting... I saw one theory that the deep basement was actually more of a prison. Also found out that the creepy dangerous stairs were actually based on a real place and part of it still stands today!

so i've been wondering for a long time: is alien pregnancy in the sims 4 determined based on gender, or pregnancy settings? can female sims who can get others pregnant end up with alien babies? if set to neither, does that prevent alien babies? if anybody knows, hit me up, because i don't have get to work to test it with lol
i know this comment is 8 months old but i've been wondering about it for a really long time as well, i'll try testing it right now and edit this reply in case anyone still wants to know as well.
Edit 1: female sims with all of the default gender settings except for the ''can get pregnant'' (replaced with ''can get others pregnant'' didn't become pregnant in my game!
(i played for about 5 days and had 7 copypasted sims get kidnapped multiple times a day so it's probably just not possible instead of being a small chance)
Edit 2: Male sims who are normally able to get pregnant are also able to become pregnant through abduction! I used the same method and 2 of the 7 sims were pregnant after only 1 abduction! (I use MCC and set the household limit a bit higher, I removed all of my other mods and cc for this test though)
Edit 3: None of my male sims who selected ''neither'' came back pregnant!
I wanted to experiment more with different settings but have something important soon so I had to quit, if anyone's reading this though please respond so I'll get notified and can continue!

I like that in the Sims 4 they are in denial about being pregnant, but I think 2 was my favorite. I just liked how the aliens kicked your sims out the ship once they were done, that always made me laugh.

I remember when I was 10-11 and I played The Sims 2 for the first time. I was so curious about what was going on with Strangetown, so I played the Curious family and when Pascal gave birth to an alien I was so freaked out that I immediately deleted the whole Neighborhood. Ahahaha, I really got scared XD But now I'm so into alien pregnancies
I was playing a Sims 3 family recently where as a part of the storyline I really wanted the husband to be abducted and impregnated… I tried everything with having him use the telescope and collect space rocks and stuff… Eventually, he was an elder and I resorted to cheats to force an abduction. Anyways, that save game kinda broke and I started a new family, where I didn’t have alien pregnancy in mind for the story at all. The husband of that family got abducted and impregnated twice in a row without me ever trying to increase the probabilities! 😂

For some reason, I knew you would use Christopher Steele to test out alien pregnancy in TS3! I've myself made him probed quite a few times xD

when i was around 7 years old and had ts2, i was so confused because my sim randomly got sucked into the ufo by just walking around in some sand? i was so confused, genuinely had no idea what was going on lmaooo

It's the best version of 3 men and a baby I've ever seen!
I can't look at the Curious family in Sims 2 the same way after CallMeKevin played a character that had a hate/love relationship with Vidcund, tried many times to fruitlessly unalive him, and then moved him in along with his brothers, drowned his brothers, and made Vidcund keep getting abducted and torture him. When Vidcund died, he summoned him back as a zombie. He also cloned Vidcund at one point and made the clones toddlers and the toddlers would slap each others. It was hilarious!
This video made me realise how much I miss The Sims 3.

I really like the cut scenes in the Sims 2. Put the bassinet in Sims 4 is pretty cool looking.
To get the alien bassinet you have to go to the hospital. Social services always provide the normal one to all occults.

I just said a couple days ago that Sims 2 alien baby being born cut scene alone has more life, emotions and story than the Sims 4 as a whole😅
I always loved the sims 2 cut scenes and i love weird things like alien pregnancy XD its so funny when your male sim is really shocked when they give birth but its really cute that on the end of cut scene the male sim enjoys a little alien baby 😁
