I dealt with dating sites for a brief period a few years ago. When I think about it, to me, the best site I have found is to be anywhere I could communicate with you, Sweet Pea. Whether it be Messenger, Email, TH-cam comments. Right now, dealing with anything else would be a wasted investment of time and heart.
Pea… I think u would like to talk my gurl. 34 years age … I been with her 5 years . anyways . If u ask private , I can give her camanjac number. I sure she would like to show.
I am a member of an expat group here. I saw someone comment about how wrong The Filipina Pea is on everything she says, yet I've been connected to the Philippines since 1989, and EVERYTHING you say has been SPOT ON! Any time someone talks about coming to the Philippines, you are the first resource I send!
Whatever you do in life, if you are successful, you will attract some haters. The more successful, the more haters. Small-minded people can't seem to create things of value, they can only (try to) tear down others. Ignore them and move.
I tried one of the apps. I signed up and was bombarded with asking for money. I took your advice on changing my profile with the. “ don’t ask for money and we’ll be fine” and actually spoke with two real women👍🏽
Hello Pea, I’m heading to the Philippines very soon, I hope while there I get the opportunity to meet you. You have been a very great educator for us. You are a national and world treasure. It’s unbelievable how many are using your vlog to react to. Keep up the great work. I look forward to all of your videos.
One of the best advice i got from my best friend when I was still in the Philippines. "Why get a partner online? If she is really of high value, men will line up for her in real life" So far, 10 plus years after its true. Dating sites at most times are for smashing whichever country you are in.
This is hugely appreciated Pea 💜 Thanks for your straightforward and very very helpful advice! And yes…your channel is refreshing and pretty unusual in it’s total lack of sponsored content…your integrity is very much intact!
I met my beautiful Filipina princess in the Filipina Cupid Facebook chat group in 2019. We were due to meet up in the Philippines in March 2020, she was working in Taiwan at the time, but covid stopped our plans, then I had a massive heart attack in April 2020 (not covid related), however we continued our long distance relationship, which never faltered. She helped me to recover by the love she showed me every day, even though she was still in Taiwan and I was in Australia. Fast forward to May 2022 and we finally united in Manila for a wonderful time together with her daughters who I happily accept into our bond. Further fast forward to September 2022 when she finally arrived here in Australia. We have proved that long distance love can win, even when hit with so many obstacles. We are planning our wedding for July 2023 💘💝
It's always reassuring to hear this advice. They certainly know how to tug on the heart strings. The "ask" usually comes right after you open up about yourself and you think you're getting know someone then, boom 💥.
I met my wife during Covid on Date in Asia. I was upfront about no money with several women. Many dissapeared, got down to one, she never asked for money, never expected any, but was thankful when i could help. There is another reson to not send money though, its the personal doubts it puts in your head that they only want you for the money. My wife dispelled all these when we met, but there were doubts right up until we met in May. We got married last month during my 2nd trip.
Your channel has become pretty popular among male youtubers who talk about how crazy western women have become. That's honestly how I found your channel in the first place was from another youtuber, one year later and I'm still watching.
My favorite is Pinalove. I like the format where you can quickly browse the profiles and message whoever you want, without needing to match first. (Many swiping apps only let you see 1 profile at a time, and you have to match before you can message.) Also, I like that it lists bodyweight in her profile, since it's another clue about her body size if the pictures don't clearly show it. You can even filter profiles by height and bodyweight, then browse only those in your preferred range.
Pea, you are straight forward, tell it like it is, your informative and you speak English like it is your first language. Salutations from Virginia, US
Good Job Pea !! I experienced all of those situations and more when I was looking for my Filipina. One profile I started chatting with turned out to be a pic of an Italian model and was actually an American girl that was a friend of a friend. She came clean after 3 weeks and was there to mess with guys heads for her own twisted entertainment. The scammers were pretty obvious and I did see 200 messages in a day at times. I was very surprised at how few profiles were sincere but I hung in there for close to a year and finally found the one. She suggested we chat away from the web site and after 6 months of serious conversation and video chats - I made the trip over to meet her in person. She never asked me for money - not even money to come meet me at the airport. 3 years later and now we are married !!
Thank you for another great video Pea. Having been on a couple of sites, these are four popular tip offs that I've noticed indicating that the person is simply scamming, 1) you can check on the website to see if they actually viewed your profile (most scammers don't bother), 2) Only one photo or two photos, usually very good as you mentioned, 3) their profile is never very complete and never verified-meaning you're more likely than not wasting your time, 4) If they do agree to webcam, it's only for a few minutes in order for them to conserve their cell phone load.
Pea I love the fact that unlike other TH-camr’s you don’t sell your credibility. Your advice is honest and priceless always. Take care and thanks for sharing!
Pea, EVERYTHING you've said is true!!!! My wife and I can attest to what you have said. We met through Christian Filipina. The "nose bleed" is very true. My profile is just what you outlined, hers as well. Both of us took time to get to know each other. Our color is green 😎.
I met my future wife thru Filipina Cupid in 2008. She was much younger (29 year difference) and more beautiful than I was looking for. She later told me she had many guys who had been writing to her. She and her sisters picked me - luckiest thing that ever happened to me. Came to visit her after 6 months of chatting. Didn't have a plan B to meet others, but we hit it off right away. Filed for fiancee visa as soon as I got home. My suggestion is go for the province ladies. I love her family as well. Thanks Pea for your wonderful vlogs.
Just when I thought I knew it all, you taught me something new today. Never knew about the Google reverse image search. Thx for the info. By the way, your advice in this video was right on Pea.
A really complicated topic to dive into. You have all the problems of dodgy sites or even just sites who don't understand what people are looking for. Then you have the problems of people using legit sites for their own naughty activities! I'm with you lovely Pea, meet in person is the very best way and take your time to get to know the person and the situation. Thank you for being there lovely Pea! ❤🥰
Thanks for the advice. I was led to one particular dating app by others as “the only dating app I trust”. Only to find out the price was incredibly expensive AND that the link provided was an affiliate link where the person who provided that link gets paid if I pay the ridiculously high fee. Also, there was no clear statements that this was an affiliate link. Thanks, Pea, for not selling out!
Pea, this is good advice! Your insert the word "blue" (or something like it) into the subject line is something I've used when I hire virtual assistants. You just want to make sure that thoughtful people are reading the job wanted ad. Great advice on "no money until we are married"! Those words are kryptonite for a scammer
Lol thank you for this. Talking to some women from Thailand on tinder and I see red flags on some. Like asking me for money already. It's sad because they are very beautiful 😭
Had so many bad experience on the sites, wish I met a woman like your friend Gracie 😉 I totally agree that those dating sites don't protect the poor guys, by vetting the women.
@@TheFilipinaPea Yes, I agree. They do make an effort to offer some protection with the ID verification and interview, but they are NOT cheap and there is a lot of inflexibility in their business model. They won't take monthly or staged payments.
Thank you, Pea, for not "pushing" a product or service while also sharing about the issue. But, if you ever change your mind, that's ok too! After all, that's how the west was won! I met Bing on "Tagged" and knew immediately that this was a good woman. Her profile exuded her love for God! Twelve years later she's proven to be exactly what she said she was!
I really appreciate your insight and honesty about your homeland. Your videos have been so helpful and your interviews have been enlightening because you ask the right questions. I wish you all the success you deserve.
I agree. I did a binge watch of alot of her videos the other night. Very informative. I watched her "Weapons of Mass Seduction" video and afterwards I screamed out: "I have got to get me one of those!!!"
Great video. I 1000% agree to go to the Philippines before you ever chat even one single woman. Go. Vacation in different areas and look closely. Find an area you like. There are many that have great potential but are trash bins with garbage everywhere. The climate can vary. It's never really cold but some are always very hot and humid while others have more variety. Then next trip stay longer at the place you like best and meet locals. I will never do online again. They all lie. From totally bold faced lies to saving face lies. Men do too. Start a simple honest conversation with just a hi or good afternoon. I love the way they sing good afternoon in response. If they talk to you they feel more comfortable with English than those that don't talk.
I went to an extremely diverse school, but I don't remember anybody that came from the Philippines. There are a few Filipino women at my job, and the reason I noticed them was because of their high degree of respectful behavior. These women aren't related, but their consistently humble and honorable conduct makes them stand out. I don't know very much about the culture, but it makes me want to know more.
This makes me want to wait and keep saving and just move there and take less of a risk then. Thank You for presenting your culture to us, its very soothing to see women this feminine women for the first time ever.
Thanks Pea. Your wisdom and hard work is very much appreciated. I've been bingeing your videos since I discovered your channel last week. I hope one day to visit the Philippines and maybe even meet a lovely Filipina lady. The West is turning into a no-go zone for a lot of men seeking relationships. I'm getting on in years but I think I still have a little bit to offer to the right lady.
This is spot on-- and I'll add one more thing: if you are looking for someone to settle down with, know what you want and what kind of qualities/situation you're looking for, then vet, vet ,vet her! I met my now-wife on DIA of all places, which is like a scammer convention. I put her through the Jedi trials and she hung with me; after almost a year of talking online, I deemed her worthy of a visit--be very skeptical until things are proven...
I have been following you for over two years and I find your videos extremely informative, timely, and thought-provoking. Your common sense about relationships provides so much insight for Westerners who may attempt to tread down the wrong path with Filipinas and dating sites.
Pushing dating sites? Please enlighten us all with your wisdom, Jesse - in what way am I pushing dating sites? You said in many other comments that you’re older than me, so I’m supposed to respect your opinions? This is just one more example of why that’s a ridiculous idea.
I see once again how you deflect my direct question. In what universe am I ‘pushing dating sites’? This video is about the opposite - telling men that there ARE no good dating sites, and to come in person to the Philippines, which I make blatantly obvious (to everyone but you, evidently). So, are you going to defend your comment, or continue to run around posting nasty things about me? (Such an honorable older gentleman you are!). And no, it’s not ridiculous to respect an older person - that’s one of the things this culture is based on. As I said, it’s a ridiculous idea to take someone’s opinion as fact just BECAUSE they are older. You’re the perfect proof of that. Age doesn’t give you blanket protection to post a bunch of crap - and you should know that. You are quickly becoming a troll here, so either defend your accusation, or it’s bye-bye for you! 😆
@@jesse75 Your assumption that Pea is pushing dating sites is extremely illogical to what she has presented in the video. I politely disagree and think you are warped in your statement. It is the polar opposite of what she is saying.
Thanks, William, that guy is just a troll that runs around calling me names every time I make a video. I’ve been patient long enough - I’m done with him 😊
this is one of the best dating advises ive ever read, thank you, ive been chatting online with different pinay for years [free facebook groups}, i have yet to visit the Philippines still, but I'm doing my research and you're at the top of the go to list
I think Filipina Cupid is a good choice. But regardless which site though, it really takes time to find a genuine heart. Thanks for all your content, Pea. Highly appreciated.
Everything in this video is true. It’s a bit overwhelming trying a Philippines dating site. I was able to retire young at 36, and Philippines is where I want to retire. Can’t leave yet because my father is sick, but my mom retires in 2 years and can take care of my father, then I’ll go. But when I decided to try a popular dating site I was bombarded with messages. I had 50 messages in 15 minutes, it was a bit to much. I couldn’t keep up. So I decided I’ll just go to the Philippines and try to find someone then.
If you are not careful when you go overseas, you will find yourself in an instant relationship. It's best to make it clear upfront that you intend to test the waters. Best of luck!
I second what Jesse said. There's a lot of good reasons to NOT move here, and it's best to research them first. I'd just visit for a few weeks first, and then see how you feel about it after that.
Good for you if you can go take a look around. When my time comes to go I’m planning on renting a car of bike (lots of narrow roads there) and go to the provinces as well. I think a more traditional woman would be better for me.
Good video and good information. You're a true jewel and are a huge help to many. Thank you for all your prep and research to educate those wanting to come visit your country
I haven't taken the time to sign up for a site like this yet, but I most likely will at some point, when I am ready to start thinking of settling down, just because of Pea's videos. I think what would be most important to me, would be that she takes some time to make a fully filled out, well thought out profile. If you can't put in more effort than the bare minimum, you probably aren't very serious.
I can validate everything Pea has said in this video! I got ALOT of messages in the first 2 days. I did find a genuine lady after sifting through many.
Pea: Great video! personally, I like the ideas you outline when it comes to creating your profile. Getting someone to reply to their favorite color is a great idea and a way to find out if they actually read your profile or not. I never thought about doing that. My profiles always had humor throughout them, and I would only get replies from women who after a few exchanges of contact text would ask me how much I made per week. I've seen a great number of the red flags myself and luckily avoided disaster in noticing them.
Thank you, Pea! Lots of great tips! I especially like the one about putting "Don't ask for money" at the beginning of the profile, as well as "My favorite color is blue (which it actually is), so put it in the subject line of your emails to me" at the bottom of the email. I've suffered through being contacted online by scammers. Not from Filipinas, but from Russia, Ukraine, Nigeria, and right here in the USA. 6 women in total, in fact, though one of them just wanted to lead me on (I should have expected it, really, since at the beginning of our communications she admitted to leaving 4 previous men at the altar). I've tried around 8 different online sites, a matchmaking company (not online), and singles groups/parties (through the church I attended at the time). No luck, only grief. So you can probably understand why I'm rather cautious about trying such services again. But my experiences coupled with the advice you provided here (as well as in previous videos and, no doubt, future videos) should serve me well when I get the money to be able to afford the services and visits to the Philippines. I do have one big worry, though: I'm worried that if I do find a Filipina wife and bring her to the USA, that she might be influenced by the female culture here and start to act like the women here. Thank you again, Pea. This is a very informative and useful video. I know why Filipinas can use the sites for free, but the guys have to pay. The more women they have on the site, the more options they offer the men, so the more men they'll have on the site. So free for the girls, and paying for the guys.
If every man took this video to heart. Pea, you'd save a million hearts and bank accounts, not to mention countless wasted hours/days. You've consolidated years of often frustrating experiences and provided invaluable remedies. Superb information
Hey Filipina Pea! I am with you 100% about the scammers using "dear" as their go to line! It's actually kinda funny how transparent these scammers are haha. Thank you for this video, I appreciate it. Regarding paid sponsorship, I think a good idea would be to promote a good brand you like, such as a dress brand or sunglasses. Something like that. It doesn't have to be a dating site sponsorship, per se.
You read my mind, Pea. I was about to start looking for information like this, but I am beginning to realize you are the best source of information on this subject by far. I, like many others on this site, are eternally grateful for your insight and honesty!
I was on many different ones but Filipino cupid where I met my future wife 3 years ago. I finally was able to visit in May and our k1 visa was filed in July so we were told within a year it should be completed. I used a lawyer so everything is done properly the first time
@@vividhaiku I know several men that have brought a Filipina to the U.S. they all say it's the best thing they have ever done. Your statistics are bunk
Photos often trip up a scammer or a liar. I busted a lot of BS profiles by doing that reverse search. Great advice for ANY dating site! Thanks for your advice, Pea!
I found my partner on Badoo because it's not only for dating reasons but for friends as well. My partner and I started off as friends as I had no intention of "looking" for a Filipina. She just happened to be as in Badoo, you encounter people from the States and around the world. We fell in love and now we are engaged.
@@TheFilipinaPea i appreciate it FilipinaPea. The point is if you are looking for it, you will be prone to finding the wrong partner because you really want it to happen. And sometimes because of it, there are people out there that prey upon it.
@M Jthanks for your reply MJ 😃. Based on my experience, I can't comment on it because I didn't pay nor add my bank account information. It was a situation where we both were new to the platform in which they gave you a free 👋. I did experience Badoo video chat to be glitchy and so we moved to messenger and google duo (now meet) and then in-person living together 😄.
I met my gf on Filipino Cupid over a year ago, today I'm traveling to the Philippines again to go and meet her. One of your older videos went over dating sites, including Cupid and i went there, made a profile and got 50 msgs in an hour, my gf was one of them and we've been dating ever since.. I think all sites have all kinds of people, it's just a matter of feeling each others out. My gf is a typical province girl, she's a sacristan and really wants to finish college. Never asked for money and she's genuine and honest all the way through and i love her to the end of the world. Good luck to you all, Pea's videos have been super helpful ♥️
Good advice Miss Pea. 20 years ago when I met my Filipina it wasn’t as complicated. I didn’t use dating site. We met on ICQ which I don’t even think is operational now but it was one of the first big chat sites. There were plenty of scammers then but now it’s hundreds of times worse. Best advice is don’t pay to play and make sure you meet your Filipina in person if you are serious. Don’t buy the shoes before you try them on.
Being just over 65, I do look at the cupid site but do not text nor chat. American women have been nothing but static for my soul. And I love the blue sheen light shows off many Filipina women's hair. Past experiences with them has always been joyful and fulfilling.
Thank you for your words of wisdom. When people are lonely, they can end up making huge mistakes, but with your advice we can hopefully lessen the financial and emotional burdens. Please keep the videos and advice coming.
All good advice Pea. I guess I got lucky. I wasn't looking for a Filipina but my lady happened along and seemed too good to be true. Meeting her, after a year online proved to be to me that we have a relationship - of equals. I look forward to heading back to Philippines for a longet stay in 2023 and moving there in 2024. I have heard many stories of people who weren't so lucky and met one man who bought the house on the beach - swimming pool and all - to find that his wife didn't want him to live there. He now has 'a new one' and I'm quite sure a gold digger too. He's almost 80 and the new one is 26. I believe he's a victim waiting to happen. Maybe he'll learn by the time he's 90 - maybe not.
I was born with cerebral palsy and I used a dating site for correspondence with a Filipina, when I was in college. And in two days we will be married 39 years.
I used Filipino Cupid and I purchased a year subscription so I could take my time finding the best woman for me. 98% of them were scammers, girls offering nudes for money, beggers, and I heard wvery problem imagineable. I did narrow it down to about 5 women I would meet once I got into the Philippines. Now that I am here, I met most of them, but my best advice is like Pea always says, just wait until you get here. You are the hot commodity. Best to meet them in person. I was scammed many times. Feeling sorry for so many because of the pandemic. But that all stopped quickly. Now that I'm here, I have met the best girl in person. I followed Pea for a very long time in advance while back in the states. Learned so much. Thank you Pea. 😊
Agree 100%. I did all you suggested after about 2 years of on/off looking. But still got tired of the games. Not reading my profile was a real problem. Now I don't search any on line. Building my investment income to support level I want and will VISIT soon to see if I fit the life style in your area. The blue idea is great, simple and effective. I always asked a question that was from my profile, your way is simpler!
I was on Filipino Cupid years ago, I met tons of girls and still chat a few today and meet a few when I enter the Philippines. My buddy was on Date in Asia he would meet alot of pretty girls once he arrived in Philippines, he waited till he was in Philippines before he started his profile.
Thanks for the wise advice..I tried it 4 years ago and found out the hard way.. thankfully I figured it out fast and stopped it.. Live and learn in COVID season.. 💯
I remember I met a Filipino online and I ended up sending her $300aud which wasn't a big deal to me but she was able to use it for her family and I was cool with that.. however the comments she returned afterwards I found disrespectful and I shut it down..much to her protest..
Hi Pea, I really love your videos and I am thankful for your content. I actually met my Filipina fiance years before I discovered your channel. I am glad that there is someone like you that cares for men like me who are tired of settling for over entitled American women. I have been telling my father's older friend to start talking to Filipinas and I sent him this video. He was talking to a Japanese woman who recently started ghosting him.
Your amazing . Loving all your vids. I started watching just to get familiar with inside info on visiting or plan for retirement as I do on everything . However now you have me wondering if maybe I should search for love as well and not just for a spot for future retirement or vacation!!!!
I never tried an app for dating.. I just met my love one day by chance.. 50 years old and an OFW. The best woman ever! Now 4 years later we are still together .. Her kids all on their own working and having kids. Just the perfect granny for me..😁
@@TheFilipinaPea she can't believe it's real if he doesn't come meet her.. Or he can't know if it's a scam if he doesn't go investigate.. They don't know if it's true if not meeting yet.. What a predicament 😁
But not many scammer women over 50 that spill their most intimate details.. Married.. 5 kids.. Sharing all pics from every birthday .. Holiday and of home .. Links to all fb of kids and sharing every last detail of family daily.. I'm sure some can fake things.. But not if it's real
That dress looks sooo goood on you! It’s so interesting: in America that dress could seem inappropriate in most venues, but in the Philippines that could be an every day dress and nobody thinks anything!
Pea: your humble advice has given me a different perspective about dating sites, what red flags to look for when streaming through dating sites dialog for honest conversation number of photos. Again, thanks for the info, one day I'll meet a lovely Filipino young Lady..
Pea, great videos. I was however disappointed by this one because you essentially conveyed that all the Filipina dating sites are the same. You suggested using free sites. So far the free” sites all have payment charges or message charges to use them. Could you do a video and suggest some specific sites? Thank you.
I’m adventurous however when it comes to dating site I’m more of look but don’t touch. I always wanted to retire to Philippines but have not pulled the trigger as yet. I travel alone all over the world but for some reason just jumping on a plane and hitting the ground without a plan has me cautious. I read about the Philippines I have friends that have or are there. Even thought if I had someone there waiting… we’ll you get it, I may not always agree with your advice however always open to hear it. Thank you.
Excellent advice, as always, Pea. Your honesty and integrity shows through in every video you produce. The fact that you do not promote anything on your site is further proof of that. Keep up the good work!👍
I agree with everything 100%...great advice. Men have to remember they are the golden egg on these asian dating sites. Wait patiently for the one they want. Time and choice is in their favor. The line of Asian women is not getting shorter but only getting longer due to the pandemic. Choose wisely my friends. Thanks for the another great video Pea!
A very good post. I still stay in touch with the family members even though the relationship broke down with the certain individual and no more money is being sent. The family keeps in touch which I find warming.
I just did 3 months on the cupid site. Your description was perfect, I felt very valuable, lol, and it wasn’t hard to identify the scammers. My problem was that while I was genuinely interested in meeting women, I felt guilty that my retirement isn’t imminent and I’m not willing to start an online relationship. I think I’ll wait a few years before I subscribe to another site. But it was great to verify that my savings and pension will be enough to make me a .1 percenter, not to mention the sausage size factor!
Great video Pea! I joined Filipino cupid 18 months ago looking to date a Filipina in the U.S. I was overwhelmed by all the responses I got but they were only from Filipinas in the Philippines. I had never thought of chatting with women from another country before so I started doing some research and found your channel. It's been an eye opening experience chatting with Filipinas and definitely a minefield. Hoping to make my first trip next June. Thanks for all you do!
What I mainly have found is actually regular Facebook. Right now I have been talking to my now fiance that we have been talking to each other for a little bit over 3 years and almost a month. Now that I seen the video, I would tell the story that just happened to me within the last 3 days. I had thanked a friend of mine helping me being my payee after I had a stroke about over three and a half years ago. I could handle my own money but I guess social security thought I couldn't handle it but they didn't really know how much a recovery I had had because I had a small stroke. I had put it on Facebook that I thanked her for being my payee. Of the 17 people that liked that comment, only five people from the United States exclusively in my state liked it and the rest who liked it were from the Philippines. Of the ones that are from the Philippines, seven of them I don't even know
Careful! I blew off a face book hottie from Cebu years ago. It was a learning curve. I've been with my Filipina here in the states for seven years in the physical and boy has that been a learning curve. Still single legally but deep into her Spiritually, and she is deep into me in the physical.
@@TheFilipinaPea Facebook can be very good as there are over 20 groups catering to Filipina love. But it can create problems as many Filipinas do have multiple men. You only know if you stand out if she texts you all day even when working and wants to video chat often, for long periods of time and from home where friends, family and possibly kids come and go and she introduces you. She actually is showing you off.
Also remember that filipinas many times share the chatt with friends and sometimes even on private groups on Facebook, i have been sent copies of how they share, so be careful what you write. As usual a great video thanks 👍
I CAME DOWN HERE TO DONATE SOME TABLETS FOR A SCHOOL ON ONE OF THE ISLANDS. AFTER THAT BECAUSE I'M STAYING FOR MONTH TO SEE IF I WOULD LIKE RETIRING TO THIS PLACE I WAS THINKING ABOUT GETTING ON A DATING SITE AND YOU ARE ABOUT THE ONLY PERSON I TRUST TO GIVE REAL INFORMATION. I AM CURRENTLY STAYING IN MANILA AT A HOTEL IN MAKATI. YOU'VE DONE THE PHILIPPINES A GREAT SERVICE.
Pea thanks for being awesome… I was wondering, being a foreigner my main concern is a monthly lifelong budget since I am 45. Any chance you can do a vlog video about an honest assessment of budget for a single foreign guy that may meet a pinay and then have a family? Maybe have Gracie and a financial advisor from there to give us some options should we decide to live and retire there? Like have Gracie go over the legalities that would help us and the financial advisor maybe talk about passive income concepts to help supplement incomes there for us along with Gracie’s legal input?
$1,200/mo is lower middle class $1,500/mo solid middle class $1,800/mo upper middle class Haven't been to P.I. but these are the numbers I keep seeing expats say. Hope it helps.
Miss Filipina Pea your advice is 100% accurate. Your advice is exactly why I have stopped using any Online Dating Apps. There are some Filipina looking for Love and choose a dating app. However finding that special lady, is like finding a needle in a haystack. Never ever send money or gifts before you meet in person at the Philippines. I found Cebu City to be a Mini Manila compared to my previous trips 20 years ago. Explore other islands and you will find a Diamond 💎 guaranteed. Merry Christmas Miss Pea. Mike searching in Cebu ✝️✝️❤️✝️✝️

Thank you 🙏 for your advice. Truly appreciate it and yes I am one of the passports bros.
By the way, Dearly Beloved Sweet Pea, I was Liker #411 this morning. Quite appropriate.
Thanks Reuel! I have a lot of jealous haters 😆
yea ive watched others and this one is the best
That person sounds incredible stupid tbh Pea has amazing insight and communicated it well!
Whatever you do in life, if you are successful, you will attract some haters. The more successful, the more haters. Small-minded people can't seem to create things of value, they can only (try to) tear down others. Ignore them and move.
They're just bittered or never traveled.
You're an absolute gem Pea! We would be WAY more lost without you. Such a treat to be continually informed by an intelligent, red pilled woman
I’m definitely red pilled - I always want to know reality, whatever it means 👍👍
I tried one of the apps. I signed up and was bombarded with asking for money. I took your advice on changing my profile with the. “ don’t ask for money and we’ll be fine” and actually spoke with two real women👍🏽
YES!! I’m so glad to hear that 👍❤️❤️
what site was that?
What apps that are real?
Hello Pea, I’m heading to the Philippines very soon, I hope while there I get the opportunity to meet you. You have been a very great educator for us. You are a national and world treasure. It’s unbelievable how many are using your vlog to react to. Keep up the great work. I look forward to all of your videos.
You’re going to have so much fun 👍😊
One of the best advice i got from my best friend when I was still in the Philippines. "Why get a partner online? If she is really of high value, men will line up for her in real life" So far, 10 plus years after its true. Dating sites at most times are for smashing whichever country you are in.
This is hugely appreciated Pea 💜 Thanks for your straightforward and very very helpful advice! And yes…your channel is refreshing and pretty unusual in it’s total lack of sponsored content…your integrity is very much intact!
So true my friend .
We are planning our wedding for July 2023 💘💝
married a woman with kids? not a smart move there buddy
Congratulations

I met many women in Thailand on that site.
Your channel has become pretty popular among male youtubers who talk about how crazy western women have become.
That's honestly how I found your channel in the first place was from another youtuber, one year later and I'm still watching.
You can now see Filapina women slowly turn in that direction
Well thought, well arranged , clear and simple. My first encounter was "open minded" question - not good.
You are awesome. And this particular video subject you covered so well. Keep it up, Pea!
You truely are a National Treasure..Thank you for being you!
And thank you for being here 👍😆
Pea, you are straight forward, tell it like it is, your informative and you speak English like it is your first language.
Pea,
EVERYTHING you've said is true!!!!
That was nice.
I’m-person rules!! 👍😊
Asking for money already? 😡
Had so many bad experience on the sites, wish I met a woman like your friend Gracie 😉 I totally agree that those dating sites don't protect the poor guys, by vetting the women.
I don’t think there’s much vetting anywhere, no, but some sites like ChristianFilipina at least offer some verification 👍
@@TheFilipinaPea Yes, I agree. They do make an effort to offer some protection with the ID verification and interview, but they are NOT cheap and there is a lot of inflexibility in their business model. They won't take monthly or staged payments.
Christian Filipina, on their TH-cam ads, claim that they DO vet.
I have used meet me and/or scout not too bad same dating site different names a lot of scammers to weed through

So which site are you on now?

@@TheFilipinaPea it's called "Poor Eye Sight", Pea! I dare not see any sites at all these days!😅
I really appreciate your insight and honesty about your homeland. Your videos have been so helpful and your interviews have been enlightening because you ask the right questions. I wish you all the success you deserve.
Awww thanks for saying that, TJ 👍❤️
I could have done with your advice 5 years ago when i joined CF missy...but better late than never..thanks
There is some clever advice in this video that many of us would have never thought of. Thanks for the tips!!!
I can tell it from the other side, so I know things the guys don’t 👍😊
This makes me want to wait and keep saving and just move there and take less of a risk then. Thank You for presenting your culture to us, its very soothing to see women this feminine women for the first time ever.
Thanks Pea. Your wisdom and hard work is very much appreciated. I've been bingeing your videos since I discovered your channel last week. I hope one day to visit the Philippines and maybe even meet a lovely Filipina lady. The West is turning into a no-go zone for a lot of men seeking relationships. I'm getting on in years but I think I still have a little bit to offer to the right lady.
I’m so glad you found my channel, Andy! 👍❤️
👍👍👍
I’ve been patient long enough - I’m done with him 😊
@@jesse75 are you jealous?
this is one of the best dating advises ive ever read, thank you, ive been chatting online with different pinay for years [free facebook groups}, i have yet to visit the Philippines still, but I'm doing my research and you're at the top of the go to list
I'll wait for you here. 😁🙈
Good for you if you can go take a look around.
When my time comes to go I’m planning on renting a car of bike (lots of narrow roads there) and go to the provinces as well. I think a more traditional woman would be better for me.
@@vanessatalaboc7711 lol
Nice advice ! I typically put something ridiculous in my profile like... "my hobby is raising venomous African squirrels". Occasionally backfires.
Whatever it takes to get them to look 👍👍🤣
Good Morning Pea :) thanks for the time and all the work you do it is HEAVILY APPRECIATED!...have a safe and blessed day :)
If you appreciate me, then today’s a happy day 😊
Good video and good information.
Very good advice Pea I think you hit another home run with this video
Now that I'm in the Philippines, i keep forgetting exactly when you post. Anyway.... thanks for keeping us up to date on our cultural differences.

I found my partner on Badoo because it's not only for dating reasons but for friends as well. My partner and I started off as friends as I had no intention of "looking" for a Filipina.

Dr Pea as always great video and the ending clips are wonderful.
Wow, she was in the first wave of attack!

Actually, this is literally the best advice I have ever heard. I will now seriously consider the Philippines.
I thought I was the last person on earth that remembers icq!
It was 20 years before I realized that ICQ = I seek you
It even sounds like a dating app lol
Being just over 65, I do look at the cupid site but do not text nor chat. American women have been nothing but static for my soul. And I love the blue sheen light shows off many Filipina women's hair. Past experiences with them has always been joyful and fulfilling.
Thank you for your words of wisdom. When people are lonely, they can end up making huge mistakes, but with your advice we can hopefully lessen the financial and emotional burdens. Please keep the videos and advice coming.
You are the cutest. You really do a lot of research on your topics. Thank you for helping and Showing us the ropes. You're the best.
Thanks Steve! And yes, I do 👍😆
All good advice Pea.
Nothing’s better than being equals 👍👍
I was born with cerebral palsy and I used a dating site for correspondence with a Filipina, when I was in college. And in two days we will be married 39 years.
First comment...yay!! Love your stuff Pea!
Family Guy! Nice to see you ❤️👍
I used Filipino Cupid and I purchased a year subscription so I could take my time finding the best woman for me.
YES, smart plan, Daniel 👍👍👍
I was on Filipino Cupid years ago, I met tons of girls and still chat a few today and meet a few when I enter the Philippines. My buddy was on Date in Asia he would meet alot of pretty girls once he arrived in Philippines, he waited till he was in Philippines before he started his profile.

Keep up the good work!👍
Thanks!
Frank! You’re always being so nice to me ❤️❤️❤️
I agree with everything 100%...great advice. Men have to remember they are the golden egg on these asian dating sites. Wait patiently for the one they want. Time and choice is in their favor. The line of Asian women is not getting shorter but only getting longer due to the pandemic. Choose wisely my friends. Thanks for the another great video Pea!
Michael! Good to see you ❤️👍
actually shorter by the day, due to the clot shot bio weapon thoroughly removing previously healthy citizens
Hi, thanks a lot for taking the time to explain this, looking forward to meeting someone, what a beautiful country.
👍👍👍
So wait a second, you only want a companion for your retirement?
Great video about dating sites. I had lots of experiences with scammers on several. Quit using them all together less headaches
Date in Asia has a lot in USA but mostly in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Facebook is just as good (or better) than anything 👍
@@TheFilipinaPea Facebook can be very good as there are over 20 groups catering to Filipina love. But it can create problems as many Filipinas do have multiple men. You only know if you stand out if she texts you all day even when working and wants to video chat often, for long periods of time and from home where friends, family and possibly kids come and go and she introduces you. She actually is showing you off.
@bobbie crider you blew off a face? 😆
Also remember that filipinas many times share the chatt with friends and sometimes even on private groups on Facebook, i have been sent copies of how they share, so be careful what you write.
As usual a great video thanks 👍
Better off just going to the local restaurant & ask the waitress out. At least you know, she works an honest job.
❤️❤️❤️👍
Pea thanks for being awesome… I was wondering, being a foreigner my main concern is a monthly lifelong budget since I am 45. Any chance you can do a vlog video about an honest assessment of budget for a single foreign guy that may meet a pinay and then have a family? Maybe have Gracie and a financial advisor from there to give us some options should we decide to live and retire there? Like have Gracie go over the legalities that would help us and the financial advisor maybe talk about passive income concepts to help supplement incomes there for us along with Gracie’s legal input?
$1,200/mo is lower middle class
$1,500/mo solid middle class
$1,800/mo upper middle class
Haven't been to P.I. but these are the numbers I keep seeing expats say. Hope it helps.
I am so in love with your mind Pea. I wish all women understood life the way you do.
Well thanks Michael! I try to always see things from both perspectives 👍😊
I totally agree, Mike 👍👍
